اثر کبالت و فرآوری دانه جو ﺑﺮ عملکرد، قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی و فراسنجه های شکمبه ای و خونی در بره های پرواری
این پژوهش برای بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف کبالت جیرهای و نوع فرآوری دانه جو بر عملکرد، قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی و فراسنجههای شکمبهای و خونی در برههای پرواری انجام شد. تعداد 32 رأس بره نر پرواری آمیخته زل، با سن 16±134 روز و میانگین وزن اولیه 2±25 کیلوگرم به صورت آزمایش فاکتوریل 4×2 در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی و به مدت 70 روز در تیمارهای آزمایشی زیر قرار گرفتند: دو نوع فرآوری دانه جو (دانه جو آسیاب شده و غلطک زده همراه با بخار) همراه با چهار سطح کبالت (0، 250/0، 50/0 و 75/0 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم ماده خشک). دامها در طول دوره پرواربندی هر 14 روز وزنکشی شدند. نمونه مدفوع و مایع شکمبه از کل برهها گرفته شد. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که مصرف ماده خشک روزانه در برههای تغذیه شده با دانه جو فرآوری شده به صورت غلطک همراه با بخار بالاتر از برههای تغذیه شده با جو آسیاب شده بود (04/0P=). همچنین تیمارهای حاوی سطح 50/0 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم مکمل کبالت به صورت مستقل دارای غلظت بیشتر اسید پروپیونات (01/0P=) و افزایش وزن بیشتر (04/0P=) نسبت به تیمارهای حاوی سطح 75/0 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم ماده خشک مکمل کبالت و تیمارهای سطوح صفر بودند. مکمل کبالت به صورت مستقل در تمام سطوح باعث افزایش غلظت گلوکز و ویتامینB12 پلاسمای خون برهها نسبت به سطح صفر شد (01/0P=). بهطور کلی مکمل کردن کبالت و همچنین جو فرآوری شده به صورت غلطک همراه با بخار سبب بهبود عملکرد برههای پرواری شد.

اثر پودر گیاه خرفه بر عملکرد، کیفیت و ثبات اکسیداتیو گوشت و برخی متابولیت های خونی در بره های پرواری
این آزمایش به منظور بررسی اثر استفاده از سطوح مختلف پودر خشک شده گیاه خرفه (DPP) بر عملکرد، کیفیت و ثبات اکسیداتیو گوشت و برخی متابولیتهای خونی در برههای نر ترکی قشقایی انجام شد. تعداد 16 راس بره نر ترکی قشقایی 3 ماهه (با وزن زنده 46/0±22 کیلوگرم) به طور تصادفی به 4 گروه تقسیم شدند و به مدت 60 روز از جیرههای حاوی سطوح صفر (شاهد)، 5، 10 و 15 درصد DPP تغذیه نمودند. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از سطوح متفاوت گیاه خرفه اثر معنیداری بر عملکرد رشد برهها در 60 روز پرواربندی نداشت.pH و درصد رطوبت گوشت در زمانهای مختلف (60، 120 و 180 روز) نگهداری تحت تأثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی و زمان قرار نگرفت. افزایش مدت زمان نگهداری سبب افزایش مواد واکنشدهنده با اسید تیوباربیتورک (TBARS) گوشت در تمام تیمارهای آزمایشی شد (05/0P<). تیمارهای حاوی DPP به طور معنیداری TBARS کمتری نسبت به تیمار شاهد داشتند (05/0P<). افزایش مقدار DPP سبب شد تا تولید TBARS به صورت خطی در زمانهای مختلف نگهداری گوشت کاهش یابد (001/0P<). همچنین با افزایش سطح DPP کاهش خطی در میزان تریگلیسرید و کلسترول خون مشاهده شد (01/0P<)، اما اثری بر میزان گلوکز خون نداشت (05/0P>). به طور کلی سطح 10 درصد DPP برای ثبات اکسیداتیو گوشت برههای پرواری مناسب بود و سطح 15 درصد DPP بیشترین کاهش را در متابولیتهای چربی خون ایجاد کرد.

اثر اسانس بادرنجبویه (Melissa officinalis) بر عملکرد، تلفات و برخی فراسنجه های خونی مرتبط با آسیت در جوجه های گوشتی
برای بررسی اثرات اسانس بادرنجبویه بر عملکرد و تلفات ناشی از آسیت، آزمایشی با 600 قطعه جوجه یکروزه در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی در 4 تیمار، 5 تکرار و 30 قطعه جوجه گوشتی در هر تکرار از 0 تا 49 روزگی انجام شد. تیمارها شامل شاهد (بدون اسانس) و سطوح 5، 10 و 20 میلیلیتر اسانس بادرنجبویه در لیتر آب آشامیدنی بودند. در روز 49 آزمایش، از هر تکرار چهار جوجه به طور تصادفی انتخاب و برای تعیین شاخص آسیتی استفاده شدند. فراسنجههای گلبول قرمز، هماتوکریت، هموگلوبین، شمارش گلبولهای سفید، فعالیت آنزیمهای کراتینکیناز (CK)، آلکالینفسفاتاز (ALP)، آسپارتاتترانسآمیناز(AST)، آلانینترانسآمیناز (ALT) و فراسنجههای مربوط به وضعیت اکسیداتیو پلاسما شامل مالوندیآلدئید (MDA)، وضعیت آنتیاکسیدانی کل پلاسما (TAS)، آنزیمهای سوپراکسیددیسموتاز (SOD)، گلوتاتیونپراکسیداز (GPX) و فراسنجههای گلوکز، پروتئین، تریگلیسیرید، کلسترول و لیپوپروتئین با دانسیته بالا (HDL) اندازهگیری شدند. نتایج نشان داد سطح 5 میلیلیتر اسانس بادرنجبویه اثر معنیداری بر عملکرد رشد نداشت، اما سبب کاهش شاخص آسیتی (24/0) و درصد تلفات (10%) شد. همچنین 5 میلیلیتر بادرنجبویه سبب کاهش معنیدار کلسترول پلاسما شد (56/92 میلیگرم در دسیلیتر). فعالیت آنزیمهای AST، ALP و CK در پرندگان مصرفکننده 5 میلیلیتر بادرنجبویه کاهش (به ترتیب 254، 675 و 2495 واحد در لیتر) و فعالیت آنزیمهای TAS و GPX افزایش یافت (به ترتیب 97/1 نانومول در میلیلیتر و 287 واحد در گرم هموگلوبین). استفاده از تیمار 5 میلیلیتر بادرنجبویه سبب کاهش MDA پلاسما در پرندگان شد (02/2 نانومول در میلیلیتر). بنابراین، استفاده از 5 میلیلیتر اسانس بادرنجبویه در جهت کاهش تلفات آسیتی جوجههای گوشتی میتواند مفید باشد.

اثر سطوح مختلف اسانس اسطوخدوس بر عملکرد، فراسنجههای خونی و جمعیت میکروبی سکوم جوجههای گوشتی در جیره بر پایه گندم
این آزمایش به منظور بررسی اثر اسانس اسطوخدوس بر عملکرد و جمعیت میکروبی سکوم جوجههای گوشتی در جیره بر پایه گندم در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی و با آرایش فاکتوریل 3×2 با چهار تکرار به مدت 42 روز انجام گرفت. تیمارها شامل سطوح مختلف گندم (صفر و 50 درصد جیره) و سطوح مختلف اسانس اسطوخدوس (صفر، 200 و 400 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم) بودند. تنها در دوره آغازین مصرف خوراک در جیره حاوی گندم و بدون گندم، با افزودن سطح اسانس اسطوخدوس به طور معنیداری افزایش یافت (05/0>P). افزایش وزن تحت تاثیر اعمال تیمارها قرار نگرفت (05/0<P). اثر متقابل گندم و اسانس باعث کاهش معنیدار ضریب تبدیل خوراک در دوره رشد و کل دوره شد (05/0>P). LDL خون نیز تحت تاثیر اعمال تیمارها قرار گرفت (05/0>P)، بطوریکه با افزودن اسانس به جیره بدون گندم و دارای گندم مقدار LDLخون به طور معنیداری کاهش یافت. اعمال تیمارها اثر معنیداری بر خصوصیات لاشه جوجه گوشتی از جمله ران، طحال، پانکراس و سنگدان داشت (05/0>P)، بطوریکه با افزون اسانس وزن ران به طور معنیداری افزایش و وزن طحال، پانکراس و سنگدان کاهش یافت. pH ایلئوم، گرانروی و جمعیت میکروبی سکوم تحت تاثیر اثر متقابل اسانس و گندم قرار نگرفتند (05/0<P). به طور کلی افزودن 400 میلیگرم اسانس اسطوخدوس در کیلوگرم به جیره حاوی گندم ضمن کاهش ضریب تبدیل خوراک و غلظت LDL خون، سبب بهبود عددی جمعیت میکروبی سکوم جوجههای گوشتی شد.

اثر افزودن فیتاز میکروبی و پلی اتیلن گلیکول به جیره حاوی سورگوم بر عملکرد رشد و ثبات اکسیداتیو گوشت جوجه های گوشتی
این آزمایش جهت بررسی اثر فیتاز میکروبی و پلیاتیلنگلیکول در جیره حاوی سورگوم بر عملکرد و ثبات اکسیداتیو گوشت جوجههای گوشتی انجام شد. از 400 قطعه جوجه یکروزه سویه تجاری راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 5 تیمار و 4 تکرار استفاده شد. تیمارها شامل جیره حاوی ذرت بدون افزودنی (شاهد)، جیره حاوی سورگوم بدون افزودنی یا مکمل شده با فیتاز (FTU/kg 500)، پلیاتیلنگلیکول (g/kg 1) و مخلوط آنها بودند که طی یک دوره 42 روزه به پرندگان تغذیه شدند. نمونهبرداری از محتویات گوارشی و لاشه به دنبال کشتار در روز 24 صورت گرفت. مطابق نتایج، افزایش وزنِ مشابه جوجهها در اثر سورگوم بدون افزودنی (3/2410 گرم) با شاهد (5/2442 گرم) و بهبود آن به وسیله مواد افزودنی مشاهده شد (01/0P<). pH شیرابه سنگدان و خاکستر استخوان درشتنی جوجههای تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی سورگوم در اثر فیتاز یا پلیاتیلنگلیکول افزایش یافت (05/0P<). میزان مالوندیآلدئید گوشت سینه و ران در اثر جیره حاوی سورگومِ بدون افزودنی (به ترتیب 22/0 و mg/kg 25/0) و فیتاز (به ترتیب 28/0 و mg/kg 33/0) در مقایسه با شاهد (به ترتیب 34/0 و mg/kg 40/0) کاهش یافت (001/0P<). فیتاز نسبت به شاهد هزینه خوراک را کاهش (15340 در مقابل 16701 ریال) و سود ناخالص را افزایش (20610 در مقابل 15593 ریال) داد (05/0P<). مطابق این یافتهها، سورگوم به خوبی میتواند جایگزین ذرت در جیره جوجههای گوشتی شده و استفاده از فیتاز و یا پلیاتیلنگلیکول باعث بهبود اثرات تغذیهای آن میشود، اما برای حفظ ثبات اکسیداتیو گوشت و اقتصادی بودن پرورش استفاده از فیتاز بهتر است.

اثر سطوح مختلف پودر کرم خاکی(Eisenia fetida) بر عملکرد و کیفیت گوشت ران و سینه در جوجه های گوشتی
آزمایش حاضر به منظور تعیین اثر سطوح مختلف پودر کرمخاکی(Eisenia fetida)بر عملکرد و کیفیت گوشت ران و سینه در جوجههای گوشتی انجام شد.بدین منظور از یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار سطح پودر کرمخاکی (صفر، 2، 4 و 6 درصد) با استفاده از 96 قطعه جوجه نر یک روزه سویه تجاری راس 308 استفاده شد. برای هر تیمار آزمایشی، 4 تکرار و در هر تکرار 6 قطعه جوجه در نظر گرفته شد. در پایان آزمایش (42 روزگی) از هر تکرار دو قطعه جوجه کشتار و پس از تفکیک لاشه، جهت بررسی فراسنجههای کیفیت گوشت ران و سینه (اندازهگیری شاخص تیوباربیوتریک اسید (TBA)، ظرفیت نگهداری آب، pH و رطوبت گوشت) یک روز و یک ماه پس از کشتار به فریزر منتقل شدند.نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از سطح 2 درصد پودر کرمخاکی در مقایسه با جیره شاهد و 6 درصد پودر کرمخاکی به طور معنیداری سبب افزایش وزن بدن و مصرف خوراک شد (05/0>P)، در حالی که اثر معنیداری بر ضریب تبدیل خوراک نداشت. شاخص تیوبار بیوتریک اسید گوشت سینه جوجههای تغذیه شده با سطح 2 درصد پودر کرمخاکی به صورت معنیداری کمتر از سایر گروه ها بود (05/0>P).با افزایش زمان نگهداری، مقدار TBA افزایش و میزان pH و ظرفیت نگهداری آب کاهش یافت. کمترین و بیشترین مقدار شاخص TBA به ترتیب یک روز و یک ماه پس از کشتار مشاهده شد. نتایج آزمایش حاضر نشان داد که استفاده از 2 درصد پودر کرمخاکی سبب افزایش وزن نهایی، مصرف خوراک و بهبود کیفیت گوشت سینه در جوجههای گوشتی میشود.

بررسی استفاده از پارامترهای گازهای خونی به عنوان صفات نشانگر در شاخص انتخاب برای کاهش میزان حساسیّت به آسیت در جوجه های گوشتی
سندرم آسیت یک اختلال متابولیکی در جوجههای گوشتی با رشد سریع است. به دلیل میزان تلفات بالای ناشی از این سندرم، زیان اقتصادی بالایی به صنعت طیور گوشتی وارد میآید. صفات مرتبط به آسیت وراثتپذیری بالایی دارند. بنابراین، عوامل ژنتیکی نقش عمدهای در حساسیت پرندگان به آسیت دارند و با استفاده از انتخاب ژنتیکی میتوان حساسیت به آسیت را کاهش داد. هدف از بررسی حاضر ارزیابی شاخصهای انتخاب مختلف برای افزایش وزن بدن و کاهش حساسیت به آسیت با استفاده از شبیهسازی قطعی بود. صفات موجود در شاخصهای انتخاب شامل وزن بدن در 5 هفتگی، صفات پارامترهای گازی خون از جمله فشار جزئی اکسیژن در خون سیاهرگی، بیکربنات و درصد اشباع هموگلوبین با اکسیژن و همچنین نسبت وزن بطن راست به وزن دو بطن بود. علاوه بر شاخصهای انتخاب مختلف اثر استفاده از نشانگرهای ژنتیکی پیوسته با حساسیت به آسیت نیز بررسی شد. شاخصهای انتخاب بر اساس پیشرفت ژنتیکی برای وزن بدن و میزان همخونی مقایسه شدند. نتایج نشان داد که با استفاده از صفات فوق میتوان حساسیت به آسیت را کنترل نمود، اما رشد ژنتیکی برای وزن بدن کاهش مییابد. کاهش رشد ژنتیکی برای وزن بدن با ورود صفات پارامترهای خونی به شاخص انتخاب به ترتیب در شاخصهای 1 تا 6 برابر20، 23، 69، 8/16، 8/18 و 7/15 درصد نسبت به انتخاب تک صفتی بود. نتایج برنامههای انتخاب به کمک نشانگر نیز نشان داد هنگامی که اطلاعات QTL، 50 درصد از واریانس ژنتیکی حساسیت به آسیت را توجیه کند کاهش پاسخ به انتخاب برای وزن بدن ناچیز بود (8/2 درصد). البته سودمندی استفاده از اطلاعات نشانگر به تجزیه و تحلیل اقتصادی برنامههای اصلاح نژادی نیز بستگی خواهد داشت.

بررسی بهره وری کل عوامل تولید و عوامل موثر بر آن در واحدهای پرورش کرم ابریشم استان مازندران
با توجه به محدودیتهای بخش کشاورزی در ایران، بهبود بهرهوری عوامل تولید عامل مهم جهت رسیدن به رشد اقتصادی پایدار است. هدف این تحقیق اندازهگیری بهرهوری کل عوامل تولید (تخم نوغان، نیروی کار و برگ توت) و اثر متغیرهای مشارکت، رضایت شغلی، انگیزه، علاقه، علمگرایی و نوآوری در بهرهوری واحدهای نوغانداری است. جامعه آماری تحقیق 1150 نوغاندار استان مازندران بوده که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه 240 نوغاندار محاسبه شده و پرسشنامه در بین آنها توزیع شد. نمونهها به صورت خوشهای چند مرحلهای و تصادفی ساده از هر خوشه انتخاب شدند. جهت اندازهگیری بهرهوری کل عوامل تولید، از تابع تولید کاب-داگلاس و برای بررسی اثر متغیرهای موثر ذکر شده از رگرسیون چند متغیره استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین بهرهوری کل عوامل تولید واحدهای نوغانداری در استان مازندران 787/0 بوده است و عواملی چون انگیزه، به کارگیری یافتههای علمی و نوآوری با میزان بهره وری رابطه داشته (در سطح 95 درصد)، اما متغیرهای علاقه، مشارکت و رضایت شغلی رابطه معنیداری (در سطح 95 درصد) در بهرهوری واحدهای پرورش کرم ابریشم نداشته است.
