اثر تغذیه طولانی مدت کلرید کادمیوم بر غلظت آن در بافتها، ادرار و مدفوع و غلظت عناصر آهن، روی و مس در بافتهای گوسالههای نر هلشتاین
در این آزمایش تأثیر تغذیه طولانی مدت عنصر کادمیوم بر غلظت کادمیوم در بافتهای مختلف کبد، کلیه، ریه، عضلات، استخوان و خون و غلظت آن در ادرار و مدفوع و همچنین اثر آن بر غلظت عناصر آهن، روی و مس در بافتهای کبد، کلیه، استخوان و عضلات درگوساله های نر هلشتاین مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تعداد 20 رأس گوساله نر هلشتاین با میانگین وزن 203 کیلوگرم و سن 185 روزدر قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار گروه و پنج تکرار مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. جیره غذایی هر چهار گروه یکسان بود و فقط مقدار کادمیوم اضافه شده به جیره آنها متفاوت بود (به ترتیب صفر، 2، 5 و 10 میلی گرم در کیلوگرم ماده خشک خوراک). پس از پایان آزمایش (300 روز)، گوساله ها ذبح شدند و نمونه های بافتی از کبد، کلیه، ریه، استخوان قلم پا، عضله ران، عضله قلب و طحال گرفته شد. همچنین در سه روز پایانی، نمونه های خون، ادرار و مدفوع گوسالهها جمع آوری گردید. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش مقدار کادمیوم جیره، غلظت کادمیوم در بافتها و به ویژه کبد و کلیهها به شکل معنی داری افزایش یافت (05/0P<). با افزایش مصرف کادمیوم، غلظت کادمیوم ادرار و مدفوع نیز افزایش یافت (05/0P<). همچنین همراه با افزایش مصرف کادمیوم، مقدار مس کبد و استخوان و مقدار آهن و روی کلیه ها و کبد، کاهش معنی داری داشت (05/0P<). به طور کلی می توان چنین نتیجه گیری کرد که آلودگی محیط و بهویژه خاک و آب با کادمیوم با افزایش ورود آن به تولیدات دامی و طبیعتاً بدن انسان و بروز اثرات سمی آن همراه خواهد بود.

اثر تفاله زیتون بر عملکرد، فراسنجههای شکمبهای، آنزیمهای فیبرولیتیک و سنتز پروتئین میکروبی در بزغالههای نجدی
اثر تغذیه تفاله زیتون بر عملکرد، فراسنجههای شکمبهای، فعالیت آنزیمهای فیبرولیتیک و سنتز پروتئین میکروبی با استفاده از 15 رأس بزغاله پرواری نجدی در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه جیره و پنج تکرار انجام شد. بزغالهها از سن سه ماهگی به صورت انفرادی در قفسهای جداگانه به مدت 84 روز (15 روز عادت پذیری) نگهداری شدند. جیرهها از نظر محتوی پروتئین و انرژی برابر بودند. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل سطوح صفر، 10 و 20 درصد تفاله زیتون در جیره غذایی بود. استفاده از تفاله زیتون به مقدار 10 درصد جیره باعث افزایش مصرف خوراک (05/0P<) و جیره حاوی 20 درصد تفاله زیتون باعث افزایش ضریب تبدیل غذایی شد (05/0P<). با افزایش سطح تفاله زیتون در جیرههای آزمایشی، مقدار pH، میزان آمونیاک تولیدی، میزان دفع هر یک از مشتقات پورینی و سنتز پروتئین میکروبی در شکمبه کاهش معنیداری داشت (05/0P<). فعالیت آنزیمهای کربوکسی متیل سلولاز و میکروکریستالین سلولاز در بخش جامد، خارج سلولی، درون سلولی و کل آنزیمها (شامل سه بخش) در جیرههای حاوی تفاله زیتون در مقایسه با گروه شاهد بطور معنیداری افزایش یافت (05/0P<). نتایج آزمایش نشان داد استفاده از تفاله زیتون سبب افزایش فعالیّت آنزیمهای فیبرولیتیک شکمبه و کاهش سنتز پروتئین میکروبی و میزان آمونیاک تولیدی در بزغالههای نجدی شد. استفاده از تفاله زیتون تا سطح 10 درصد اثر منفی بر عملکرد بزغالههای نجدی نداشت.

اثر افزودنی باکتریایی تولید کننده اسید لاکتیک ناهمگن بر ترکیبات شیمیایی و خصوصیات تخمیری مخلوط یونجه پلاسیده شده به همراه تفاله پرتقال
این آزمایش به منظور بررسی اثرات افزودنی باکتریایی لالسیل (لاکتوباسیلوس بوچنری 40788) بر خصوصیات شیمیایی و پایداری هوازی سیلاژ یونجه پلاسیده شده و خرد شده با اندازه متوسط 2 سانتیمتر به همراه تفاله پرتقال، انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: 1) علوفه یونجه پلاسیده (تیمار شاهد)، 2) علوفه یونجه پلاسیده به همراه تفاله پرتقال (با نسبت 70 به 30) بدون افزودنی باکتریایی، 3) تیمار 2 به همراه cfu/g 108×5/1 افزودنی لالسیل، 4) تیمار 2 به همراه cfu/g 108×3 افزودنی لالسیل، 5) تیمار 2 به همراه cfu/g 108×5/4 افزودنی لالسیل بودند و به مدت 90 روز در دمای اتاق سیلو شد. دادههای بدست آمده در قالب طرح آماری کاملاً تصادفی آنالیز گردیدpH .تمام نمونهها کمتر از 55/4 بود اما pH شاهد در مقایسه با سایر تیمارها بالاتر بود (05/0P<). افزودن تفاله پرتقال و مکمل باکتریایی به یونجه پلاسیده سبب افزایش معنی دار کربوهیدرات محلول در آب (WSC) و کل اسیدهای چرب فرار tVFA شد (05/0P<). کمترین مقاومت در برابر فساد پذیری مربوط به تیمار 1 و بیشترین مقدار مربوط به تیمار 5 بود (به ترتیب 56 ساعت و 200 ساعت پس از قرار گرفتن در مجاورت هوا). بطورکلی افزودنی باکتریایی لاکتوباسیلوس بوچنری به همراه تفاله پرتقال با در دسترس قرار دادن کربوهیدرات قابل تخمیر برای لاکتوباسیلها و کاهش سریع pHو محدود نمودن تکثیر مخمرها و قارچها سبب افزایش پایداری هوازی و بهبود کیفیت سیلوی حاصله گردید.

اثر متقابل بین فرآوری دانه جو و نوع منبع نیتروژن جیره غذایی بر قابلیت هضم، متابولیسم نیتروژن و تولید پروتئین میکروبی در گوسفند مهربان
بهمنظور بررسی اثر فرآوری دانه جو و نوع منبع نیتروژن جیره غذایی بر قابلیت هضم، تولید پروتئین میکروبی و ابقاء نیتروژن در گوسفند، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل 2×2 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی انجام شد. جیرههای آزمایشی شامل 1) دانه جو کامل+ اوره، 2) دانه جو کامل+ کنجاله سویا، 3) دانه جو پرک شده + اوره و 4) دانه جو پرک شده + کنجاله سویا بودند. در طول دوره آزمایش قابلیت هضم، کل ادرار دفعی گوسفندان جمعآوری شد و در روز آخر، خونگیری در ساعات 1 و 7 بعد از خوراکدهی صبح انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد دانه جو فرآوری شده سبب کاهش قابلیت هضم ماده خشک (از 82/73 به 58/71 درصد) و ماده آلی (از 94/74 به 84/72 درصد) جیره شد (05/0P<). مصرف کنجاله سویا در مقایسه با اوره سبب افزایش قابلیت هضم الیاف خام (از 97/29 به 84/32 درصد) و عصاره عاری از نیتروژن (از 39/81 به 13/82 درصد) جیره گردید (05/0P<). کنجاله سویا در مقایسه با اوره سبب افزایش درصد نیتروژن ابقاء شده (از 64/19 به 92/37 درصد ازت مصرفی) گردید (05/0P<) اما فرآوری دانه جو تأثیری بر آن نداشت. غلظت گلوکز و اوره پلاسما نیز تحت تأثیر فرآوری دانه جو و نوع منبع نیتروژن جیره غذایی قرار نگرفتند. بهطور کلی، پرک کردن دانه جو موجب افزایش قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی جیره، ابقاء نیتروژن در بدن و تولید پروتئین میکروبی نشد. اما مصرف کنجاله سویا در مقایسه با اوره باعث بهبود هضم مواد مغذی جیره غذایی (شامل الیاف خام و عصاره عاری از نیتروزن) و ابقاء نیتروژن شد.

ارتباط چندشکلی ژن کاپاکازئین با صفات اقتصادی شیر در گاوهای بومی استان گیلان
در این پژوهش رابطه ژنوتیپهای ژن کاپاکازئین با صفات تولیدی در گاوهای بومی استان گیلان بررسی شد. از 100 راس گاو ماده در فومن، رشت و آستانه اشرفیه خونگیری به عمل آمد. استخراج DNA با استفاده از روش شستشوی نمکی بهینه انجام گرفت. با استفاده از یک جفت آغازگر اختصاصی، قطعهای به طول350 جفت باز از ژن کاپا کازئین با استفاده از واکنش زنجیرهای پلیمراز (PCR) تکثیر شد. جهت تعیین ژنوتیپ ژن کاپاکازئین با استفاده از نشانگر PCR-RFLP، محصول واکنش زنجیرهای پلیمراز به وسیله آنزیم Hinf I هضم شد. فراوانی مشاهده شده ژنوتیپهایAA ،AB و BB بهترتیب 48/0 ، 52/0 و 00/0 و فراوانی آللهای A و B بهترتیب 74/0 و 26/0 بود. بر اساس نتایج آزمون مربع کای، جمعیتهای مورد بررسی در تعادل هاردی-واینبرگ قرار نداشتند. مقایسه میانگین حداقل مربعات در این جایگاه نشان داد که اثر چندشکلی بر صفات تولید شیر، درصد چربی و درصد پروتئین معنیدار بود (01/0P<). تولید شیر روزانه گاوهای با ژنوتیپ AA در مقایسه با گاوهای با ژنوتیپ AB بیشتر بود (به میزان 81/0 کیلوگرم ). همچنین درصد چربی و پروتئین شیر گاوهای دارای ژنوتیپ AB نسبت به گاوهای با ژنوتیپ AA بیشتر بوده است (به ترتیب 1/0 و 14/0). در تحقیق حاضر گاوهای دارای ژنوتیپ AB نسبت به افراد با ژنوتیپ AA درصد چربی شیر بالاتری داشتند (01/0>P) و ژنوتیپ AA دارای درصد چربی و درصد پروتئین کمتر بود.

مقایسه پاسخ به انتخاب، میزان ضریب درونزادآوری و واریانس ژنتیکی در روشهای انتخاب ژنومی و رایج
به منظور بررسی اثر انتخاب ژنومی و رایج بر پاسخ به انتخاب، ضریب درونزادآوری و واریانس ژنتیکی در بلندمدت، تعداد 100 حیوان غیرخویشاوند شبیهسازی شد و به مدت 50 نسل جهت ایجاد عدم تعادل پیوستگی بین نشانگرها آمیزش تصادفی داشتند. برای هرحیوان ژنومی با طول 10مورگان و تعداد 10 کروموزوم باطول یکسان 1 مورگان، شبیهسازی شد. تعداد 1000 نشانگر SNP درفواصل مساوی برروی هرکروموزوم قرار گرفتند. برای هر حیوان دوصفت با توارثپذیری 5/0 و 1/0 درنظرگرفته شد و برای هر صفت تعداد 200 جایگاه ژنی مؤثر، بصورت تصادفی روی ژنوم پخش شدند. ازروش BLUP برای پیشبینی ارزشهای اصلاحی رایج و اثر نشانگرها در جمعیت مرجع استفاده و ارزشهای اصلاحی ژنومی افراد از مجموع اثرات نشانگرها باتوجه به ژنوتیپ آنها محاسبه شد. بعد از نسل 51 حیوانات به مدت 15 نسل با یکی از روشهای رایج و ژنومی انتخاب شده و نسل بعد را ایجاد می کردند. نتایج نشان دادکه برای هر دو صفت پاسخ به انتخاب تجمعی برای روش انتخاب ژنومی (35/7 و 45/2) بیشتر از انتخاب رایج (58/6 و 99/1)، ولی واریانس ژنتیکی (42/0 و 71/0 در مقابل 56/0 و 77/0) کمتر بود. میزان پاسخ به انتخاب و کاهش واریانس ژنتیکی برای صفت با توارث پذیری بالا بیشتر بود. انتخاب رایج نسبت به انتخاب ژنومی باعث افزایش تقریبا دو برابری میزان ضریب درونزادآوری (13/0 در مقابل 07/0) بعد از 15 نسل انتخاب شد و با افزایش تعداد نسلها تفاوت نرخ مزبور دو روش افزایش یافت.

اثر تزریق درون آمنیوتیکی روی - متیونین و نانو روی - متیونین بر بیان ژن Zn-T1 و فعالیت آنزیمهای آلکالین فسفاتاز و مالتاز روده کوچک جوجههای گوشتی
هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثر تزریق درونآمنیوتیکی روی - متیونین و نانو روی - متیونین بر بیان ژن انتقالدهنده روی (Zn-T1) و فعالیت آنزیمهای آلکالین فسفاتاز و مالتاز در ژژنوم جوجههای گوشتی بود. چهارصد عدد تخم مرغ بارور به چهار گروه (تیمار)، هریک با چهار زیر گروه (تکرار) تقسیم شد. تیمار اول تا سوم به ترتیبت شامل تزریق درونآمنیوتیکی یک میلیلیتر محلول سرم فیزیولوژی، سرم فیزیولوژی حاوی ۲۵% روی - متیونین و ۲۵% نانو روی - متیونین در روز هفدهم جوجهکشی بود. چهارمین تیمار (کنترل منفی) هیچ تزریقی دریافت نکرد. درصد تفریخ هر تیمار محاسبه و در روزهای اول، سوم و هفتم پرورش، دو پرنده از هر تکرار ذبح شد و بیان ژن Zn-T1، فعالیت آنزیمهای آلکالین فسفاتاز و مالتاز در بافت روده اندازهگیری شد. وزن جوجهها در زمان تفریخ در تیمار روی - متیونین (۰۶/۰±۰۲/۴۳) و نانو روی - متیونین (۰۶/۰±۷۷/۴۲) از سایر تیمارها بیشتر بود (۰۱/۰P˂). همچنین وزن روده کوچک در روزهای یک و هفت پس از تفریخ در تیمار روی - متیونین (به ترتیب ۰۴۸/۰±۷/۹ ، ۰۷/۰±۵۵/۱) و نانو روی - متیونین (به ترتیب ۰۴۸/۰±۵/۹ ، ۰۷/۰±۵۱/۱) از سایر تیمارها بیشتر بود (۰۱/۰P˂). تیمار نانو روی - متیونین در روزهای یک، سه و هفت بعد از تفریخ، بیشترین فعالیت آنزیم آلکالین فسفاتاز (به ترتیب ۱/۰±۸/۱۷، ۰۸/۰±۵/۱۱، ۰۴/۰±۲/۷) مالتاز (به ترتیب ۰۶/۰±۸/۸ ،۰۲/۰±۵/۵ ،۰۳/۰±۲/۴) و بیان ژن Zn-T1 (به ترتیب ۰۰۹/۰±۱۷/۳ ،۰۰۷/۰±۲۴/۴ ،۰۰۵/۰±۶۷/۳) را نشان داد (۰۱/۰P˂). استنتاج نهایی این است که تزریق درون تخممرغی نانو روی - متیونین منجر به افزایش بیان Zn-T1 شده و فعالیت آنزیمهای آلکالین فسفاتاز و مالتاز روده را در هفته اول پرورش افزایش میدهد.

مقایسه اثر به کارگیری پودر سماق (Rhus coriria. L) و ویتامین E بر وزن بدن و اندامهای درونی، فراسنجههای بیوشیمیایی و کیفیت گوشت در جوجههای گوشتی پس از القاء تنش با دگزامتازون
هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثر افزودن پودر سماق و ویتامین E به جیره بر وزن بدن و اندامهای درونی، فراسنجههای بیوشیمیایی و کیفیت گوشت در جوجههای گوشتی پس از القاء تنش با دگزامتازون بود. تعداد 96 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر به شش گروه تقسیم و به مدت 35 روز با جیره پایه تغذیه شدند. از روز 10 به جیره پایهی چهار گروه پودرسماق (25/0، 5/0و 75/0درصد) و ویتامین E (mg/kg20) افزوده شد. دو گروه نیز همزمان به عنوان گروه شاهد منفی (بدون تزریق دگزامتازون) و شاهد مثبت (با تزریق دگزامتازون) حضور داشتند. از روز 28 همه جوجهها بجز شاهد منفی، دگزامتازون (mg/kg BW2) دریافت کردند. در پایان آزمایش جوجهها توزین، ذبح و خونگیری شدند. دگزامتازون وزن نهایی، وزن نسبی لاشه، سینه، طحال و بورس (به ترتیب80/1432گرم، 40/59، 86/21، 07/0و 035/0) را نسبت به گروه شاهد منفی (به ترتیب 67/ 1783گرم، 32/60، 98/22، 121/0و051/0) کاهش و وزن نسبی کبد، قلب، پیش معده و سنگدان، نیروی برشی گوشت، پروتئین و کلسترولکل پلاسما (به ترتیب 08/3، 49/0، 45/0، 95/1، 836/0نیوتن، 45/5 و 45/255میلیگرم در دسیلیتر) را نسبت به گروه شاهد منفی (به ترتیب 55/2، 42/0، 36/0، 58/1، 375/0نیوتن، 45/4، 32/179 میلیگرم در دسیلیتر) افزایش داد (05/0>P). نیروی برشی گوشت در تیمار 5/0 و 75/0 درصد پودر سماق (به ترتیب452/0و 428/0نیوتن)، نسبت به گروه شاهد مثبت (836/0 نیوتن) کاهش یافت (05/0>P). بهطور کلی افزودن ویتامین E و پودر سماق به جیره از کاهش وزن القایی توسط دگزامتازون ممانعت نکرد و فراسنجههای خونی تحت تاثیر قرار نگرفت، اما سطوح 5/0و 75/0درصد پودر سماق منجر به کاهش میزان نیروی برشی عضله سینه شد.

اثر دفعات خوراکدهی و افزودن روغن به جیره بر عملکرد، رفتار جدا کردن اجزای خوراک و تخمیر شکمبه گاوهای هلشتاین
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر دفعات خوراکدهی و افزودن روغن به جیره بر عملکرد، رفتار جدا کردن اجزای خوراک و تخمیر شکمبه گاوهای هلشتاین بود. از 24 رأس گاو شیرده هلشتاین شامل 12 رأس گاو یک بار زایش کرده و 12 رأس چند بار زایش کرده به ترتیب با میانگین وزنی 58 ± 626 و 25 ± 617 کیلوگرم و روزهای شیردهی 44 ± 195 و 39 ± 207 روز در یک آزمایش فاکتوریل 2×2 در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی استفاده شد. فاکتورها عبارت بودند از روغن جیره در سطوح صفر و 5/2 درصد و دفعات خوراک دهی در سطوح یک و سه بار در روز. تیمارها از نظر ماده خشک مصرفی و تولید شیر تصحیح شده تفاوت معنیداری نداشتند، ولی تولید شیر تصحیح نشده با سه بارخوراکدهی بدون افزودن روغن کمتر از سایر تیمارها بود (05/0>P). در بین تیمارها از نظر رفتار جدا کردن اجزای جیره تفاوت معنی داری مشاهد نشد (05/0 < P). گاوهای یک بار زایش کرده بیشتر از گاوهای چند بار زایش کرده رفتار جدا کردن را نشان دادند (05/0 > P). افزودن روغن با یک بار خوراکدهی باعث کاهش نوسانات pH شکمبه شد. غلظت پروپیونات شکمبه با یک بار خوراکدهی بیشتر از سایر تیمارها بود (05/0 > P). در این پژوهش افزودن روغن باعث کاهش بی نظمیهای خوراک خوردن به ویژه با یک بار خوراکدهی در روز شد (05/0 > P). اثرات مثبتی از افزودن روغن بر تولید شیر، رفتارهای خوراک خوردن و pH شکمبه به خصوص با یک بار خوراکدهی مشاهده شد.

مطالعه ترکیب شیمیایی و ارزش غذایی بوته طالبی سیلو شده در شرایط برون تنی و اثر تغذیه آن بر عملکرد برههای افشاری
به منظور ارزیابی تأثیر سیلو کردن و افزودن اوره بر ترکیب شیمیایی و تولید گاز بوته طالبی و استفاده از آن در تغذیه گوسفند دو آزمایش انجام شد. در آزمایش اول بوته تازه طالبی با مقادیر 5/0 و 1 درصد اوره، عملآوری و در کیسه نایلونی در شرایط اتاق سیلو شد. عملآوری بوته طالبی با اوره سطح پروتئین خام را نسبت به بوته طالبی سیلو شده بدون افزودنی افزایش داد (05/0P<) و همچنین تولید گاز در 96 ساعت، انرژی متابولیسمی و قابلیت هضم ماده آلی افزایش یافت (05/0P<). در آزمایش دوم بوتههای طالبی بدون اوره و یا با 5/0درصد اوره سیلو گردید. تعداد 15 رأس بره نر افشاری در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی به یکی از 3 تیمار غذایی: جیره 1) حاوی 15 درصد جیره سیلاژ ذرت، جیره 2) حاوی 15 درصد جیره سیلاژ طالبی بدون اوره و جیره 3) دارای 15 درصد سیلاژ طالبی عملآوری شده با 5/0درصد اوره اختصاص داده شدند (بر اساس ماده خشک). استفاده از 15 درصد سیلاژ بوته طالبی در جیره برهها اثر معنیداری بر مصرف خوراک، وزن بدن، اضافه وزن روزانه و pH شکمبه نداشت (05/0<P)، اما غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی شکمبه در سیلوی حاوی اوره در مقایسه با گروه شاهد (5/13 در مقابل 8/10 میلیگرم در دسیلیتر) بالاتر بود (01/0P<). در نتیجه گیاه طالبی سیلو شده عملآوری شده با اوره میتواند در تغذیه نشخوارکنندگان کوچک و برههای پرواری با هزینه پایین استفاده شود و این کاربرد میتواند در مقایسه با سیلوی ذرت مزایای اقتصادی در پی داشته باشد.

بررسی اثر سیاستهای حمایتی دولت بر سامانه تولید پیله تر ابریشم استان گیلان
سیاستهای کشاورزی مجموعهای از قوانین مرتبط با کشاورزی داخلی و سیاست خارجی محصولات کشاورزی است. دولتها معمولاً با قصد دستیابی به اهدافی خاص در بازارهای داخلی محصولات کشاورزی سیاست هایی را اجرا میکنند. تجربه اکثر کشورهای توسعه یافته و پارهای از کشورهای در حال توسعه حاکی از آن است که دولتها ابتدا سیاستهای حمایتی خود را در عرصه تولید در بخش کشاورزی متمرکز نموده تا بهره وری و کارایی تولید افزایش یابد و به مرور زمان این حمایتها را کاهش میدهند. در این پژوهش اثر 6 سیاست حمایتی دولت بر میزان تولید پیله تر ابریشم در دوره زمانی 94-1385 مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. در این راستا، از دادههای ترکیبی مربوط به 16 شهرستان استان گیلان طی این دوره زمانی و رهیافت گشتاور تعمیمیافته (GMM) استفاده شد. دادههای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش از مرکز توسعه نوغانداری کشور اخذ شد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد، سیاست برگزاری دورههای آموزشی و ترویجی و اعطای تسهیلات اعتباری ناکارآمد بوده و اثری غیرسازنده داشته است. سیاست توزیع جعبه تخم نوغان بیشترین اثر گذاری مثبت را بر میزان تولید پیله تر ابریشم در شهرستانهای استان گیلان داشت. به طوری که، افزایش یک درصدی میزان توزیع جعبه تخم نوغان منجر به افزایش 22/1 درصدی میزان تولید پیله تر ابریشم در استان گیلان شد.
