قابلیت هضم جیره های غذایی حاوی کنسانتره داخلی و خارجی با استفاده از نشانگرهای اکسید کروم و لیگنین در اسب ترکمن

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش مقایسه قابلیت هضم دو کنسانتره داخلی و خارجی با استفاده از نشانگرهای اکسید کروم و لیگنین در اسب ترکمن بود. آزمایش با استفاده از 16 رأس اسب نژاد ترکمن با میانگین سن 3±8 سال و وزن 50±433 کیلوگرم در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی اجرا شد. تیمار­های آزمایشی شامل یک کنسانتره خارجی در سطح 25 درصد ماده خشک جیره (Tc) و یک کنسانتره داخلی در سطوح 20، 25 و 30 درصد ماده خشک جیره بود (به ترتیب T1،T2  و T3). طول دوره آزمایش 28 روز بود، به طوری‌که 21 روز عادت‏پذیری و 7 روز نمونه‏برداری از مدفوع صورت گرفت. ضرایب قابلیت هضم ماده خشک و مواد مغذی جیره طبق روش استاندارد تعیین شد. بر اساس نتایج به­دست آمده از نشانگر اکسیدکروم، جیره حاوی 25 درصد کنسانتره داخلی از نظر قابلیت هضم ماده آلی (547 در مقابل 506 گرم در کیلوگرم)، پروتئین (545 در مقابل 527 گرم در کیلوگرم) و الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی (427 در مقابل 309 گرم در کیلوگرم) نسبت به جیره حاوی کنسانتره خارجی برتر بود (05/0>P). افزایش سطح کنسانتره داخلی در جیره (بین سطوح 20، 25 و 30) باعث بهبود ضرایب گوارش‌پذیری ماده خشک و مواد مغذی (05/0>P) شد. در مجموع، ضرایب قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی جیره با مصرف کنسانتره داخلی در مقایسه با کنسانتره خارجی در سطح 25 و 30 درصد (به جز عصاره اتری)، در مقایسه با کنسانتره خارجی مشابه یا بیشتر بود. بنابراین می­توان از کنسانتره داخلی به جای کنسانتره خارجی در تنظیم جیره استفاده نمود. با توجه به یافته­های این آزمایش، در شرایطی که حداقل 70 درصد ماده خشک جیره اسب از علوفه تامین شود می­توان از لیگنین به عنوان نشانگر داخلی در تعیین قابلیت هضم خوراک استفاده نمود.

The aim of this research was to compare the digestibility of two concentrates with chromium oxide (Cr2O3) and lignin as markers in the Turkmen horses. In a completely randomised experiment 16 Turkmen horses, weighting 433 ±50 kg and aged 8 ±3 years were used. The treatments were a control diet (Tc) contained 25 percent of imported concentrate and three diets contained 20, 25 and 30 percent of local concentrate, T1, T2 and T3 respectively. The trial was carried out for a period of 28 days, started with 21 days of adaptation period and 7 days sampling and data collection. When Cr2O3 marker was used, the digestibility of OM (547 vs. 506), CP (545 vs. 527) and NDF (427 vs. 309) were higher (P< 0.05) in T2 in comparison to those in Tc diet. Increasing of concentrate level in the diets improved the nutrients digestibility (P< 0.05). The digestibility of CP was significant between two markers. In conclusion, a part from the digestibility of EE, the 25 or 30 percent level of local concentrate increased the nutrients digestibility in comparison to those fed imported concentrate. Additionally, lignin could be used as an internal marker for digestibility determination in horse fed diet contained at least 70 percent forage.
