At 1st experiment, dry matter disappearance of these minerals by two particle sizes (0.85-1 mm and nd experiment conducted to investigate dietary effect of zeolite and perlite on feed intake, nutrients digestibility, fecal moisture and blood parameters. 2nd experiment carried out in a change-over design by 4 treatments, 4 periods and 4 non-pregnant Dalagh ewes. Each experimental period was 15 days, including 10 days as adaptation and 5 days for total feces collection. Dietary treatments were: 1) control 2) control diet + two percent zeolite, 3) control diet + two percent perlite and 4) control diet + one percent zeolite + one percent perlite. Analysis of variance and separation of means by Duncan's multiple range tests were conducted by SAS software. 1st experiment showed that between two particle sizes of bentonite, there was no significant difference in dry matter disappearance (P>0.05), While, in other minerals these amount having certain trend for larger size, in any time, that was lesser than smaller size significantly (P<0.05) whereas maximum difference shown in zeolite supplemented treatment that in 48 h. were 6.71 and 52.03% in coarse and fine particle size respectively. The 2nd experiment indicated that 2% zeolite supplemented treatment had significantly higher apparent digestibility of CP, Ca and P in comparison to other groups (P<0.05). Supplementation of ewe diet by two percent zeolite and perlite can be lead to better performance.}, keywords = {Aluminosilicates,Particle size,digestibility,zeolite,Perlite,Dalagh sheep}, title_fa = {اثر مقادیر مختلف و اندازه ذرات کانی های آلومینوسیلیکاته و گلاکونیت ‎بر ناپدید شدن شکمبه ای ماده خشک، مصرف خوراک، قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی و فراسنجه های خونی گوسفند دالاق}, abstract_fa = {به منظور بررسی اثر کانیهای آلومینوسیلیکاته طبیعی و گلاکونیت در تغذیه گوسفند، دو آزمایش مستقل انجام شد. در آزمایش اول، ناپدید شدن ماده خشک این کانیها، در دو سطح اندازه ذرات 1-85/0 میلیمتر و 5/0> میلیمتر به روش کیسههای نایلونی بررسی شد. بدین منظور، سه رأس گوسفند نر فسیتوله شده نژاد دالاق در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چیدمان فاکتوریل 2×4 مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. در آزمایش دوم، اثر جیرهای سطوح مختلف زئولیت و پرلیت بر میزان مصرف خوراک، قابلیت هضم ظاهری مواد مغذی، رطوبت مدفوع و فراسنجههای خونی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. این آزمایش در قالب طرح چرخشی با 4 تیمار، 4 دوره و 4 رأس میش بالغ انجام شد. هر دوره آزمایشی، 15 روزه بود که 10 روز بهعنوان دوره عادتپذیری و 5 روز برای جمعآوری کل مدفوع در نظر گرفته شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: جیره شاهد، جیره شاهد + دو درصد زئولیت، جیره شاهد + دو درصد پرلیت و جیره شاهد + یک درصد زئولیت + یک درصد پرلیت بود. از لحاظ ناپدید شدن ماده خشک بین دو اندازه فیزیکی کانی بنتونیت تفاوت معنیداری وجود نداشت (05/0P>)، در حالیکه در دیگر کانیها این مقدار برای اندازه درشتتر هرکانی، در هر زمان، بهطور معنیداری کمتر از اندازه ریزتر آن کانی بود (05/0P<) بهطوریکه بیشترین اختلاف در مورد زئولیت در زمان 48 ساعت و به ترتیب برابر با 71/6 و 03/52 درصد در مورد اندازه درشتتر و ریزتر بود. آزمایش دوم نشان داد که قابلیت هضم ظاهری پروتئین خام، کلسیم و فسفر در تیمار دریافت کننده 2 درصد زئولیت به طور معنیداری بیشتر از سایر تیمارها بود (05/0P<). استفاده از 2 درصد زئولیت و پرلیت در جیره، میتواند سبب بهبود عملکرد میشها شود.}, keywords_fa = {آلومینوسیلیکات ها,اندازه ذرات,پرلیت,زئولیت,قابلیت هضم,گوسفند دالاق}, url = {https://ar.guilan.ac.ir/article_1265.html}, eprint = {https://ar.guilan.ac.ir/article_1265_c6ba5bebdcdebd2a59328998ee2fe91b.pdf} }
