In this experiment, 160 one-day-old Ross-308 broiler chicks were allocated to 4 treatments, 4 replications and 10 Chicks each by employing a completely randomized design for a period of 42 days. Experimental diets including: control diet (no additive) and diets containing 0.1% prebiotic, 0.1% organic acid and 0.1% mixed of prebiotic and organic acid. Feed intake (FI), weight gain (WG) and feed conversion ratio (FCR) were determined periodically and carcass characteristics, productive index (PI) and intestinal morphology was measured at 42 days of age. Results indicated that, there were no significant differences between treatments in FI. The highest WG was observed for diet containing organic acid (P<0.05). Also, the best FCR and PI was belonged to diet containing organic acid and the worst those were observed for control diet (P<0.05). The highest percentage of carcass was found for diet containing organic acid and the highest percentage of thighs and breast was observed in diets containing prebiotic (P<0.05). The maximum villi height was related to diet containing organic acid and minimum it’s was found for control diet (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in crypt depth between treatments; however the lowest thickness of the intestinal muscles was observed in diet containing organic acid. Finally, this result showed that diet containing 0.1% organic acid improved the performance, carcass and intestinal characteristics of broiler chicks than the other diets.}, keywords = {Organic acid,Prebiotic,Broiler chick,intestinal morphology,Performance}, title_fa = {اثر مکمل جیره ای پری بیوتیک و اسیدهای آلی بر عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه و ریخت‌شناسی روده جوجه های گوشتی}, abstract_fa = {تحقیق حاضر به ‌منظور بررسی اثر پریبیوتیک ساف‌مانان و اسید آلی لیپتول HPA بر عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه و مورفولوژی روده کوچک جوجه گوشتی انجام شد. در این آزمایش تعداد 160 قطعه جوجه گوشتی یکروزه سویه راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 4 تیمار و 4 تکرار و تعداد 10 قطعه جوجه نر برای هر تکرار در یک دوره 42 روزه استفاده شدند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل جیره شاهد و جیرههای حاوی 1/0 درصد پریبیوتیک، 1/0 درصد اسید آلی و 1/0 درصد مخلوطی از اسید آلی و پریبیوتیک بودند. مصرف خوراک، افزایش وزن بدن و ضریب تبدیل غذا به‌صورت دوره‌ای و شاخص تولید، ویژگی‌های لاشه و صفات مورفولوژیکی روده در 42 روزگی اندازه‌گیری شدند. در کل دوره در بین تیمارهای آزمایشی تفاوت معنی‌داری از نظر مصرف خوراک مشاهده نشد. بیشترین افزایش وزن روزانه جوجه‌ها در جیره حاوی اسید آلی مشاهده شد (05/0>P). هم‌چنین بهترین ضریب تبدیل غذایی و شاخص تولید مربوط به جیره حاوی اسیدهای آلی و بدترین آن‌ها مربوط به جیره شاهد بود (05/0>P). بیش‌ترین درصد لاشه در جیره حاوی اسید آلی و بیشترین درصد ران و سینه در جیره حاوی پری‌بیوتیک مشاهده شد (05/0>P). هم‌چنین بیشترین ارتفاع ویلی مربوط به جیره حاوی اسید آلی و کمترین آن مربوط به تیمار شاهد بود (05/0P<). عمق کریپت در بین جیره‌های آزمایشی معنی‌دار نشد و کمترین ضخامت لایه ماهیچه‌های روده مربوط به تیمار حاوی اسید آلی بود. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از این تحقیق نشان داد جیره دارای 1/0 درصد اسید آلی نسبت به سایر جیره‌ها موجب بهبود عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه و فراسنجههای روده جوجه‌های گوشتی شد.}, keywords_fa = {اسید آلی,پری بیوتیک,جوجه‌ گوشتی,ریخت‌شناسی روده,عملکرد}, url = {https://ar.guilan.ac.ir/article_1868.html}, eprint = {https://ar.guilan.ac.ir/article_1868_fff19d3ca811abf74861dd5b4abb050d.pdf} }
