Six ruminally cannulated sheep were used in a 3×3 merged Latin square design. Treatments were (a) basal diet+ 250 mg free Thymol, (b) basal diet+ 250 mg slow relrase Thymol and (c) control (basal diet without Thymol). The experiment consisted of three 14-d periods with 10 d adaptation and 4 d sampling. At sampling period, the feces were collected and at the end of each period blood sampling and rumen fluid collection were made at different times. The measured traits were: Feed digestability, N-NH3, plasma and glucose concentration, ruminal pH, microbial protein synthesis and efficiency of microbial protein synthesis. Dry matter intake (985.5 g and 917.5 g per day, respectively), crude protein digestibility (82.7% and 85.6%, respectively) and plasma glucose (114.8 mg/dL and 108 mg/dL, respectively) were increased by free and sustained release thymol consumption (P<0.05). Plasma urea concentration, microbial protein synthesis and N-NH3 were decreased in 5 and 7 hours after feeding (P<0.05). Number of diplodinia was 0.38×105 in diet with free thymol and this number was lower than those in other two treatments (P<0.05). Thymol consumption improved the efficiency of dietary protein utilization by decreasing N-NH3 and increased level of plasma glucose showed a positive effect on energy utilization of animal.}, keywords = {Ammonia,Microbial protein,Thymol,Glucose}, title_fa = {اثر تیمول به دو شکل آزاد و آهسته رهش بر ویژگی های تخمیر شکمبه و متابولیت های پلاسما در گوسفند}, abstract_fa = {این پژوهش بهمنظور مقایسه اثرات تیمول به دو شکل آزاد و آهستهرهش بر ویژگیهای تخمیر شکمبه، پروتئین میکروبی و برخی     متابولیتهای پلاسما در گوسفند انجام شد. آزمایش در قالب طرح مربع لاتین 3´3 به صورت ادغام شده با استفاده از 6 راس گوسفند نر فیستوله شده انجام شد. تیمارها عبارت بود از (الف) جیره پایه +250 میلیگرم تیمول به شکل آزاد، (ب) جیره پایه +250 میلیگرم تیمول به شکل آهستهرهش و (ج) تیمار شاهد (جیره پایه بدون تیمول). هر دوره آزمایش 14 روز و شامل 10 روز سازگاری و 4 روز نمونهگیری بود. در دوره نمونهگیری، نمونههای مدفوع جمعآوری شد و در روز پایانی هر دوره نیز نمونههای خون و مایع شکمبه در زمانهای مختلف جمعآوری شد. مصرف تیمول به هر دو شکل آزاد و آهستهرهش، ماده خشک مصرفی (به ترتیب 5/917 و 5/985 گرم در روز)، قابلیت هضم پروتئین خام (به ترتیب 7/82 و 6/85 درصد) و غلظت گلوکز پلاسما (به ترتیب 8/114 و 5/108 میلیگرم در دسیلیتر) را افزایش داد (05/0>P). در تیمارهای محتوی تیمول، غلظت اورهی پلاسما، سنتز پروتئین میکروبی و غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی در 5 و 7 ساعت پس از خوراکدهی کاهش یافت (05/0>P). تعداد دیپلودینیومها در جیره محتوی تیمول آزاد 105×38/0 بود که از تعداد مربوط به دو تیمار دیگر کمتر بود (05/0>P). مصرف تیمول میتواند با کاهش تولید نیتروژن آمونیاکی بازده استفاده از پروتئین خوراک را بهبود بخشد و با توجه به افزایش گلوکز پلاسما میتواند اثری مثبت در تامین انرژی دام ایجاد کند.}, keywords_fa = {Ammonia,Microbial protein,Thymol,Glucose}, url = {https://ar.guilan.ac.ir/article_23.html}, eprint = {https://ar.guilan.ac.ir/article_23_ba064736769370855587da1d8ff73226.pdf} }
