A total of 288 broiler chicks (male) were used in a 2 × 3 factorial arrangment with two stress status (no stress, stress) and three levels of Cr-Met (no Additive, 2000 ppb of Cr-Met, and 2000 ppb of Cr-Met milled) in a completely randomized design with six treatments, four replicates and 12 birds per each pen. Dexamethasone was added to diets (1.5 mg/kg diet) for a week (18-24 d) to induce physiological stress. Feed intake and body weight were measured weekly and feed conversion ratio was calculated. The malondialdehyde content and the water holding capacity of meat were measured at 24 and 46 d of age. Also, breast meat pH was measured at 46 d. Physiological stress decreased feed intake, weight gain, carcass yeild, relative weight of spleen, bursa, heart and liver, but increased FCR and water holding capacity of meat bereast (P<0.05). In stressed birds, both forms of dietary Cr- Met improved FCR and increased the meat pH (P<0.05). There were no differences between the effects of particle size of Cr-Met on the studied parameters. According to the results of this experiment, dietary supplementation of 2000 ppb Cr-Met in different sizes reduced the negative effects of physiological stress and improved the FCR and carcass yield of birds under physiological stress.}, keywords = {Physiological stress,Broiler chicken,Growth Performance,Chrome-methionine,Meat Quality}, title_fa = {اثر اندازه ذرات مکمل کروم-متیونین بر عملکرد رشد، صفات لاشه و کیفیت گوشت جوجه های گوشتی در شرایط تنش فیزیولوژیکی}, abstract_fa = {این مطالعه به منظور بررسی تأثیر اندازه ذرات کروم-متیونین بر عملکرد، صفات لاشه و کیفیت گوشت جوجه‌های گوشتی در شرایط تنش فیزیولوژیکی انجام شد. از 288 قطعه جوجه گوشتی (جنس نر) در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با شش تیمار، چهار تکرار و 12 قطعه پرنده در هر تکرار در قالب آزمایش فاکتوریل 3×2 با دو وضعیت تنش (بدون تنش و تنش) و سه سطح افزودنی (بدون افزودنی، ppb 2000 کروم-متیونین و  ppb 2000 کروم-متیونین آسیاب شده) استفاده شد. از افزودن دگزامتازون به جیره به میزان 5/1میلیگرم در کیلوگرم جیره به مدت یک هفته (18 تا 24 روزگی) برای ایجاد تنش فیزیولوژیکی استفاده شد. میزان خوراک مصرفی و وزن جوجه‌ها در هر واحد آزمایشی به صورت هفتگی اندازه‌گیری و ضریب تبدیل محاسبه شد. غلظت مالون دی‌آلدئید و ظرفیت نگهداری آب گوشت سینه در 24 روزگی و 46 روزگی و pH گوشت سینه در سن 46 روزگی اندازه گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که تنش فیزیولوژیکی، مصراف خوراک، افزایش وزن روزانه، بازده لاشه و وزن نسبی طحال و بورس را کاهش و ضریب تبدیل، وزن نسبی قلب و کبد و ظرفیت نگهداری آب را افزایش داد (05/0>P). استفاده از جیره حاوی هر دو شکل کروم متیونین در پرندگان در شرایط تنش به طور معنیداری باعث کاهش ضریب تبدیل و افزایش pH گوشت شد (05/0>P). تفاوتی در شکل فیزیکی ذرات کروم- متیونین بر صفات مورد مطالعه مشاهده نشد. با توجه به نتایج این آزمایش، افزودن  ppb2000 کروم-متیونین در اندازههای مختلف سبب کاهش آثار تنش فیزیولوژیکی به ویژه بهبود ضریب تبدیل و بازده لاشه در پرندگان در شرایط تنش فیزیولوژیک شد.}, keywords_fa = {تنش فیزیولوژیکی,جوجه گوشتی,عملکرد رشد,کروم-متیونین,کیفیت گوشت}, url = {https://ar.guilan.ac.ir/article_4434.html}, eprint = {https://ar.guilan.ac.ir/article_4434_c2bf5f8dcfd28bdd3b18f1ce7678b444.pdf} }
