Treatments included: 1) control ewes (5.79 mg copper per kg of dry matter); 2) ewes receiving two milligrams of copper per day (one bolus), and 3) ewes receiving four milligrams of copper per day (tow boluses). On the first day, days 10 and 60 postpartum, blood samples were taken from the ewes. Serum copper concentration, serum ceruloplasmin concentration, and white blood cell count were significantly higher in ewes receiving one or two copper bolus than in the control group (P<0.05). Milk production, protein content, and percentage of non-fat milk solids were significantly higher in ewes receiving two copper bolus than in other treatments (P<0.05). Also, ewes receiving one copper bolus had significantly higher milk production, protein content, and percentage of non-fat milk solids than the control treatment (P<0.05). The percentage of milk fat in the control group was higher than ewes receiving two slow-release copper bolus (P<0.05). Milk copper concentration in ewes receiving one or two copper boluses was higher than in the control treatment (P<0.05). In general, both levels of copper improved milk production and some blood parameters, but the use of two boluses is recommended for higher milk production. }, keywords = {Ceruloplasmin,Performance,Sheep,Hematology}, title_fa = {اثر سطوح مختلف مس به صورت بلوس آهسته‌رهش بر تولید و ترکیب شیر و برخی فراسنجه‌های خونی میش‌های لری بختیاری}, abstract_fa = {به ‌منظور بررسی تولید و ترکیب شیر و برخی فراسنجه‌های خونی میش‌های آبستن دریافت‌ کننده بلوس آهسته‌رهش مس، 120 رأس میش لری ‌بختیاری آبستن (شکم زایش سوم و چهارم با اسکور 3 تا 5/3) به صورت کاملاً تصادفی به سه گروه 40 رأسی تقسیم شدند: 1) میش‌های شاهد (79/5 میلیگرم مس در کیلوگرم ماده خشک)، 2) میش‌های آبستن دریافت ‌کننده سطح دو میلی‌گرم مس در روز (یک عدد بلوس)، و 3) میش‌های آبستن دریافت ‌کننده سطح چهار میلی‌گرم مس در روز (دو عدد بلوس). شصت روز قبل از تاریخ پیش‌بینی زایمان، بلوس مورد نظر به گروه‌های مختلف خورانده شد. در 60 روز قبل از زایمان، 10 و 60 روز بعد از زایمان از میش‌‍‌‌‌‌ها خونگیری به عمل آمد. غلظتهای مس و سرولوپلاسمین سرم و تعداد گلبول‌های سفید خون در میش‌های دریافت ‌کننده یک یا دو عدد بلوس مس نسبت به شاهد بیشتر بود (05/0>P). تولید شیر، مقدار پروتئین و مقدار مواد جامد بدون چربی‌شیر در میش‌های دریافت‌ کننده دو عدد بلوس مس نسبت به سایر تیمارها بیشتر بود (05/0>P). همچنین میش‌های دریافت ‌کننده یک عدد بلوس مس نیز نسبت به تیمار شاهد دارای تولید شیر، مقدار پروتئین و مقدار مواد جامد بدون چربی شیر بیشتری بودند (05/0>P). درصد چربی شیر در تیمار شاهد نسبت به میش‌های دریافت ‌کننده دو عدد بلوس مس بیشتر بود (05/0>P). مقدار مس شیر در میش‌های دریافت ‌کننده یک یا دو عدد بلوس مس نسبت به تیمار شاهد بیشتر بود (05/0>P). به‌طور کلی، هر دو سطح مس سبب بهبود تولید شیر و برخی فراسنجه‌های خون میش‌ها شد، اما سطح چهار میلیگرم مس به‌ دلیل تولید شیر بیشتر توصیه می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {سرولوپلاسمین,عملکرد,گوسفند,هماتولوژی}, url = {https://ar.guilan.ac.ir/article_5445.html}, eprint = {https://ar.guilan.ac.ir/article_5445_a0a3a3a3dbd9b030e10ccfd701cb3b9f.pdf} }
