تأثیر ماهیت متفاوت کربوهیدرات های غیرالیافی در جیره گاوهای هلشتاین بر خوراک مصرفی، بالانس انرژی، قابلیت هضم و الگوی مصرف خوراک در دوره انتقال
این پژوهش بهمنظور بررسی اثر جایگزینی تفاله چغندرقند با دانه جو در جیره گاوهای هلشتاین بر توازن انرژی، خوراک مصرفی، قابلیت هضم و رفتار مصرف خوراک در دوره انتقال انجام شد. در این آزمایش 24 راس گاو هلشتاین چند بار زایش، طی 28 روز پیش از تاریخ زایش مورد انتظار تا 24 روز پس از زایش استفاده شدند. گاوها بهطور تصادفی به سه تیمار آزمایشی اختصاص یافتند؛ تیمارهای آزمایشی در دوره پیش و پس از زایش بهشرح زیر بودند: 1)100 درصد جو، 2)75 درصد جو + 25درصد تفاله چغندرقند و 3)50 درصد جو+50 درصد تفاله چغندرقند. خوراک مصرفی روزانه در پیش و پس از زایش در تیمار 25 درصد تفاله چغندرقند (64/13 و 22/17) نسبت به دو تیمار دیگر بالاتر بود (0001/0P<). در دوران پیش و پس از زایش، خوراک مصرفی بر اساس درصد وزن بدن بهترتیب در تیمارهای 50 (01/2 و 31/2) و 25 (81/1 و 60/2) درصد تفاله چغندرقند بالاترین بود (0001/0P<). قابلیت هضم ظاهری مواد مغذی در پیش و پس از زایش در بین تیمارها تفاوت معنیداری نداشت. pH شکمبهای در پس از زایش در تیمار بدون تفاله چغندرقند پایینترین (77/5) بود (05/0P<). در دوره پیش از زایش، گاوها در جیره بدون تفاله چغندرقند، ذرات باقیمانده روی الک 19 میلیمتر را بیشتر (74/102) و ذرات بزرگتر از 18/1 میلیمتر را کمتر (90/97) انتخاب کرده بودند (بهترتیب 05/0P< و 01/0P<). نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که جایگزینی 25 درصد تفاله چغندرقند با جو در جیرههای دوره انتقال، میتواند با تاثیرگذاری بر خوراک مصرفی، سبب بهبود عملکرد دام و سلامت شکمبهای شود.

ارزیابی جیره های نشخوارکنندگان حاوی پَر هیدرولیز شده با هیدروکسید کلسیم جایگزین شده با کنجاله سویا در روش تولید گاز
هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثر جایگزینی پروتین پَر ماکیان هیدرولیز شده در هیدروکسید کلسیم با کنجاله سویا در جیره نشخوارکنندگان با روش تولید گاز بود. تیمارهای آزمایشی عبارت بودند از: جیره 1 یا جیره کنترل (70 درصد کنسانتره و 30 درصد یونجه)، در جیره 2، پَر فرآوری نشده جایگزین کنجاله سویا شد و در جیرههای 3، 4 و 5 پَر هیدرولیز شده با هیدروکسید کلسیم (در دمای 100 درجه سانتیگراد و دور همزن 1400 بار در دقیقه) بهترتیب به مدت 100 (تیمار 3) ، 200 (تیمار4 ) و 300 دقیقه (تیمار5 ) جایگزین کامل کنجاله سویا شد. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش زمان فرآوری از 100 به 300 دقیقه، درجه محلول شدن پَر از 8/50 به 7/90 درصد افزایش یافت. جیرههای دارای پَر هیدرولیز شده در هر سه زمان، گوارشپذیری شکمبهای بیشتری (2/72، 0/79 و 3/69 درصد) در مقایسه با جیره دارای پَر فرآوری نشده (2/55 درصد) داشتند، ولی این افزایش گوارشپذیری با زمان فرآوری رابطه مستقیم نداشت. تفاوت معنیداری در غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی بین تیمار کنترل (mg/100 mL 82/7) و تیمار دارای پَر فرآوری شده در 200 (mg/100 mL 64/7) دقیقه مشاهده نشد، ولی تیمار دارای پَر فرآوری نشده کاهش معنیداری (mg/100 mL 17/4) نسبت به تیمار کنترل نشان داد (05/0P<). ارزیابی میکروبیولوژیک نمونههای پَر فرآوری شده نشان داد که شرایط هیدرولیز در کنترل کامل آلودگی میکروبی کارآمد بود. یافتهها نشان دادند که پَر فرآوری شده با هیدروکسید کلسیم به مدت200 دقیقه میتواند جایگزین امیدبخشی برای بخشی از پروتئین در جیره نشخوارکنندگان باشد، هر چند نتیجهگیری قطعی نیازمند انجام آزمایشهای درونتنی است.

اثر پودر آویشن شیرازی و ویرجنیامایسین بر عملکرد رشد، چربی های سرم و پراکسیداسیون چربی گوشت در بلدرچین ژاپنی گوشتی
هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر تغذیه سطوح مختلف آویشن شیرازی و آنتیبیوتیک ویرجنیامایسین بر عملکرد، فراسنجههای خون، اجزای لاشه و کیفیت گوشت در بلدرچین ژاپنی بود. این آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 6 تیمار انجام شد و به هر تیمار 4 تکرار دارای 20 قطعه بلدرچین یک روزه اختصاص داده شد. تیمارهای غذایی شامل: جیره شاهد (بدون افزودنی) و جیره شاهد حاوی ویرجنیامایسین (02/0 درصد) و یا سطوح 5/0، 1، 2 و یا 5/2 درصد پودر آویشن شیرازی بودند. در انتهای آزمایش (سن 35 روزگی) از هر تکرار یک جوجه نر بهصورت تصادفی انتخاب شد و پس از خونگیری، ذبح گردید و جهت بررسی خصوصیات لاشه مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. همچنین ران سمت راست آنها جهت اندازهگیری شاخص تیوباربیتوریک اسید به مدت یک ماه به فریزر منتقل شد. در کل آزمایش، تیمارهای غذایی تاثیر معنیداری بر مصرف خوراک و اضافه وزن نداشتند. مقدار ضریب تبدیل در جیرههای حاوی آنتیبیوتیک، و سطوح 2 و 5/2 درصد آویشن بهترتیب 71/2، 75/2 و 76/2 بود که نسبت به گروه شاهد (86/2) بهطور معنیداری کمتر بود (05/0P<). بیشترین وزن نسبی لاشه (94/66 درصد) در جوجههای تغذیه شده با آنتیبیوتیک مشاهده شد که نسبت به گروه شاهد (67/62 درصد) و سطوح 5/0 (57/62 درصد) و 1 درصد آویشن (48/62 درصد) اختلاف معنیداری داشت (05/0P<). فراسنجههای خون تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفتند. افزودن سطوح مختلف آویشن به جیره باعث بهبود اندیس تیوباربیتوریک اسید (TBA) درعضله ناحیه ران شد (05/0P<). مقدار این صفت برای تیمار شاهد و سطوح 5/0، ۱، ۲ و 5/2 درصد آویشن بهترتیب 24/1، 7/0، 75/0، 78/0و 74/0 بود. یافتههای تحقیق حاضر نشان میدهد که پودر آویشن شیرازی (به ویژه در سطح 2 درصد) میتواند به عنوان یک جایگزین مناسب برای آنتیبیوتیک محرک رشد در جیره بلدرچین ژاپنی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

بررسی اثرات مکمل جیره ای عصاره آویشن شیرازی و دوره های زمانی استفاده از آن روی عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه و جمعیت میکروبی دستگاه گوارش جوجه های گوشتی
در این آزمایش 336 جوجه یکروزه راس در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی به 7 تیمار جیرهای در طی دوره 42 روزه اختصاص یافتند. هر تیمار جیرهای از 4 تکرار و هر تکرار از 12 جوجه تشکیل شده بود. جیرههای آزمایشی شامل: 1) جیره پایه (تیمار شاهد، بدون عصاره آبی آویشن شیرازی(، 2و 3) جیره پایه + 5/0 و 1 درصد از عصاره آویشن به مدت 42 روز، 4 و 5) جیره پایه + 5/0 و 1 درصد از عصاره آویشن به مدت 14 روز پایانی و 6 و 7) جیره پایه + 5/0 و 1 درصد از عصاره آویشن به مدت 7 روز پایانی آزمایش بودند. مصرف خوراک، افزایش وزن و ضریب تبدیل خوراک بهصورت هفتهای و جمعیت میکروبی ناحیه ایلئوم در روزهای 21 و 42 اندازهگیری شدند. تیمارهای با بیشترین مدت زمانی استفاده از سطوح 5/0 و 1 درصد عصاره آویشن شیرازی (42 روز) سبب کاهش معنیدار خوراک مصرفی (78/97 و 67/99 گرم) در مقایسه با گروه شاهد (06/101 گرم) شدند (05/0P<). استفاده از سطح 1 درصدی عصاره و همچنین افزایش مدت زمان استفاده از آن منجر به بهبود ضریب تبدیل خوراک (53/1) در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد (68/1) شد (05/0P<). تیمارهای جیرهای تاثیر معنیداری بر راندمان لاشه و اجزاء آن نداشتند (05/0P>). استفاده از سطح 1 درصدی عصاره به مدت 42 روز منجر به افزایش معنیدار وزن نسبی تیموس (7/0درصد) در مقایسه با شاهد (55/0 درصد) شد (05/0P<). سطوح 5/0 و 1 درصدی عصاره آویشن شیرازی بهترتیب منجر به کاهش و افزایش معنیدار جمعیتهای اشرشیاکلی (57/5 و 34/5 در مقابل 16/6) و لاکتوباسیلوس (67/6 و 78/6 در مقابل 22/6) ناحیه ایلئوم در سن 21 روزگی و همچنین کل دوره پرورش شدند (05/0P<). با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، استفاده از 1 درصد عصاره آویشن شیرازی به مدت 42 روز در جیره جوجههای گوشتی منجر به بهبود ضریب تبدیل غذایی و جمعیت میکروبی روده پرنده شد.

در این آزمایش اثراتاستفاده از اجزای گیاه کاسنی بر عملکرد، صفات کیفی تخممرغ، فراسنجههای بیوشیمیایی و سلولهای خون مرغهای تخمگذار مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. تعداد 192 قطعه مرغ تخمگذار سویه های- لاین (W36)، از سن 52 تا 63 هفتگی در چهار تیمار، چهار تکرار و 12 قطعه مرغ در هر تکرار در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. جیرههای آزمایشی شامل 1) جیره شاهد (بدون استفاده از کاسنی)، 2) جیره حاوی 3 درصد قسمت هوایی کاسنی،3) جیره حاوی 3 درصد ریشه کاسنی و 4) جیره حاوی 3 درصد گیاه کامل کاسنی بودند. استفاده از اجزای مختلف کاسنی دارای اثرات معنیداری بر عملکرد، صفات کیفی تخممرغ و فراسنجههای خونی مرغهای تخمگذار بود (05/0>P). بیشترین درصد تولید تخممرغ (19/62 درصد)، بیشترین توده تخممرغ تولیدی (23/38 درصد)، بیشترین مقدار خوراک مصرفی روزانه (68/110 گرم)، بهترین ضریب تبدیل خوراک (89/2)، بالاترین شاخص رنگ زرده (00/4)، بیشترین واحد هاو (50/74)، کمترین درصد هتروفیل (33/9درصد)، بیشترین درصد لمفوسیت (67/90 درصد) و کمترین نسبت هتروفیل به لمفوسیت (104/0) با استفاده از 3 درصد گیاه کامل کاسنی مشاهد شد. استفاده از گیاه کامل کاسنی موجب کاهش ضخامت پوسته تخممرغها به (33/0 میلیمتر) شد (05/0>P). فراسنجههای بیوشیمیایی خون تحت تأثیر گروههای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت. نتیجهگیری کلی اینکه در مرغهای تخمگذار استفاده از 3 درصد گیاه کامل کاسنی در مقایسه با گروه شاهد و گروههای حاوی اجزای کاسنی، موجب بهبود عملکرد، شاخص رنگ زرده، واحد هاو و سطح ایمنی خون میگردد.

اثر تزریق داخل تخم مرغی پیریدوکسین، متیونین و ترکیب آنها به تخم مرغ های مادر گوشتی بر میزان جوجه درآوری، وزن جوجه یکروزه و صفات تولیدی
مواد مغذی موجود در کیسه زرده برای تامین احتیاجات مورد نیاز رشد جنین تا زمان خروج آن محدود بوده و از جمله راههای تامین نیازها تزریق مواد به تخممرغ است . بهمنظور بررسی اثر تزریق پیریدوکسین، متیونین و ترکیب آنها به تخممرغهای مادر گوشتی بر میزان جوجهدرآوری، وزن جوجه یکروزه و صفات تولیدی این مطالعه انجام شد. در روز 18 جوجهکشی 400 عدد تخممرغ بارور از مرغ مادر گوشتی سویه راس 308 توزین و در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در 5 گروه آزمایش با 4 تکرار و هر تکرار شامل 20 عدد تخم مرغ تقسیم و برای تزریق (در مایع آمنیوتیک) آماده شدند. تیمارها شامل کنترل منفی، بدون تزریق (NC)، کنترل مثبت، تزریق 5/0 میلیلیتر آب مقطر (PC)، تزریق 5/0 میلیلیتر ویتامین پیریدوکسین (B6)، تزریق 5/0 میلیلیتر متیونین (Met)، تزریق 5/0 میلیلیتر پیریدوکسین به همراه متیونین (B6+Met) بودند. پس از تفریخ، جوجهها شمارش، توزین و به سالن پرورش منتقل و تا روز 42 پرورش یافتند. افزایش وزن و خوراک مصرفی بصورت هفتگی رکوردبرداری و ضریب تبدیل غذا نیز محاسبه شد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که تزریق محلولهای مورد آزمایش روی میزان جوجهدرآوری و وزن جوجه یکروزه تأثیر معنیداری نداشت (05/0<P). در دوره 3-0 هفتگی خوراک مصرفی در تیمار B6+Met (04/37±82/911 گرم) نسبت به تیمار PC (30/33±07/1049 گرم) بطور معنیداری کمتر بود (05/0>P). استنتاج نهایی این است که تزریق ویتامین پیریدوکسین، متیونین و ترکیب آنها در مایع آمنیوتیک روی درصد جوجهدرآوری و وزن جوجه یکروزه اثر معنیدار نداشته، علیرغم کاهش خوراک مصرفی در تیمارهای B6، Met و ترکیب آنها نسبت به PC، شاخصهای افزایش وزن و ضریب تبدیل دارای تفاوت معنیدار نبوده که دلیل آن ممکن است ارتقای راندمان خوراک در تیمارهای تزریقی باشد.

تاثیر جاذب طبیعی بنتونیت در کاهش اثرات منفی آفلاتوکسین B1 بر عملکرد و سیستم ایمنی در جوجه های گوشتی
هدف از این آزمایش بررسی تاثیر جاذب طبیعی بنتونیت در کاهش اثرات منفی آفلاتوکسین B1 بر عملکرد و سیستم ایمنی در جوجههای گوشتی بود. برای اجرای آزمایش تعداد 256 قطعه جوجه گوشتی سویه راس 308 در 4 تکرار و در هر تکرار 16 قطعه در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی استفاده شد. جیرههای آزمایشی شامل: 1- جیره پایه (شاهد)؛ 2- جیره پایه + 5 گرم در کیلوگرم بنتونیت؛ 3- جیره پایه + 1 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم آفلاتوکسین B1 و 4- جیرهپایه + 1 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم آفلاتوکسین B1 + 5 گرم در کیلوگرم بنتونیت بودند. جوجهها، تیمارهای آزمایشی را از سن 1 الی 35 روزگی دریافت کردند. صفات مربوط به عملکرد بهصورت هفتگی اندازهگیری شد. در سن 28 روزگی تعداد 2 پرنده از هر تکرار بهصورت تصادفی انتخاب و آنتیژن گلبول قرمز گوسفندی تزریق شد. در پایان دوره آزمایشی تعداد 4 پرنده از هر تیمار کشتار و وزن نسبی بخشهای مختلف لاشه و اندامهای لنفاوی آن اندازهگیری شد. آفلاتوکسین B1 در مقایسه با جیره شاهد سبب کاهش افزایش وزن بدن و خوراک مصرفی و بدتر شدن ضریب تبدیل غذایی در طی دورههای پرورشی آغازین و رشد شد (05/0P<). افزودن بنتونیت به جیره غذایی اثرات سوء آفلاتوکسین بر مصرف خوراک و افزایش وزن بدن جوجههای گوشتی را کاهش داد ولی تفاوت معنیداری بر ضریب تبدیل غذایی نداشت. از لحاظ سیستم ایمنی، شاخص وزن نسبی بورس فابرسیوس و میزان تولید پادتن بر علیه گلبول قرمز گوسفند با مصرف جیره غذایی آلوده به آفلاتوکسین بطور معنیدار کاهش یافت (05/0P<). بهطور کلی مکملسازی جیره غذایی با بنتونیت ایرانی مورد استفاده در این آزمایش باعث کاهش اثرات منفی آفلاتوکسین بر عملکرد جوجههای گوشتی شد، بنابراین از این توکسین بایندر میتوان تا 5 گرم در کیلوگرم به عنوان جاذب سم استفاده کرد.

ارزش اقتصادی صفات تولیدی و عملکردی در گاوهای دورگ و هلشتاین استان گیلان
ارزشهای اقتصادی صفات تولیدی، تولیدمثلی، رشد و عملکردی در سیستمهای تولیدی گاوهای دورگ و هلشتاین استان گیلان با استفاده از اطلاعات جمعاً 16 گله با میانگین بهترتیب 12 و 30 رأس گاو مولد و یک مدل زیست اقتصادی برآورد شدند. ارزشهای اقتصادی 12 صفت که در چهار گروه تولیدی، تولیدمثلی، رشد و بقاء جای میگرفتند، برای دو سیستم تولیدی محاسبه شدند. ارزش اقتصادی هر صفت، به صورت مقدار تغییر در سود سالانه سیستم تولید، در اثر یک واحد افزایش در میانگین صفت مورد نظر در حالی که میانگین سایر صفات ثابت بمانند، برآورد شد.ارزش اقتصادی صفات به صورت نسبتی از طول عمر تولیدی، برای تولید شیر، تولید چربی، تولید پروتئین، سن در اولین زایش، فاصله زایش، افزایش وزن روزانه قبل از شیرگیری، افزایش وزن روزانه بعد از شیرگیری، وزن تولد، وزن زنده بالغ، نرخ بقاء قبل از شیرگیری و بعد از شیرگیری در سیستم تولیدی گاوهای دورگ بهترتیب 7/3، 003/0، 01/0-، 26/7-، 6/32-، 35/4-، 4/23-، 55/46-، 78/0-، 26/4 و 68/68 و برای سیستم تولیدی گاوهای هلشتاین بهترتیب 92/0، 001/0، 002/0-، 72/6-، 64/20-، 10/1-، 10/6- ، 82/11-، 21/0، 49/30 و 29/25بود. نتایج نشان داد که اگر چه اهمیت برخی از صفات در دو سیستم تولیدی متفاوت است، که انعکاسی از تفاوت کلی دو سیستم تولید میباشد، اما با توجه به شباهت زیاد ارزش اقتصادی صفات در دو سیستم، اهداف اصلاحی این دو جمعیت باید بسیار نزدیک به هم باشند.

آنالیز ساختار ژنتیکی جمعیت گاوهای بومی ایران با استفاده از نشانگرهای متراکم چندشکل تک نوکلئوتیدی
این تحقیق با هدف بررسی ساختار ژنتیکی گاوهای بومی بر اساس استفاده از نشانگرهای چندشکل تکنوکلئوتیدی انجام شد. بدین منظور تعداد 90 راس گاو از نژادهای سرابی (20)، کردی (10)، مازندرانی (10)، تالشی (10)، سیستانی (10)، کرمانی (10)، نجدی (10) و توده بومی فارس (10) مورد نمونهبرداری قرار گرفتند. تعیین ژنوتیپ نمونهها با استفاده از چیپ Illumina High density Bovine BeadChip با تراکم 777962 جایگاه انجام شد. پس از حذف جایگاههای دارای عدم تعادل پیوستگی (جفت جایگاههای دارای r2 بالاتر از 2/0)، 64333 جایگاه SNP جهت آنالیزهای بعدی باقی ماندند. برنامه STRUCTURE جهت بررسی ساختار ژنتیکی گاوهای بومی کشور در این مجموعه داده به کار گرفته شد. تعداد جمعیتهای فرض شده در هر اجرا از دو تا هشت جمعیت در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد که در اولین سطح خوشهبندی (2K=)، جمعیتهای سرابی (6/97%) و کردی (3/94%) در خوشه مشترکی قرار گرفتهاند و نژاد سیستانی (92%) نیز خوشه متمایز دیگری را به خود اختصاص داده است، در حالیکه سایر نژادها آمیختهای از این دو خوشه بودند. تعداد سه خوشه (3K=) به بهترین شکل تعداد گروههای ژنتیکی موجود در مجموعه دادهها را توجیه کرد. وجود سه خوشه (3K=) در دادهها موجب قرار گرفتن نژاد کردی در یک خوشه مستقل شد. در این مطالعه تفاوتهای ژنتیکی گاوهای بومی ایران به خوبی به وسیله دادههای متراکم SNP شناسایی شدند. همچنین شباهتهای مربوط به توزیع جغرافیایی و خصوصیات تولیدی گاوها نیز با روابط ژنتیکی یافت شده در این مطالعه انطباق داشتند.
