اثر عصاره آویشن شیرازی بر جمعیت میکروبی روده، کلسترول و خصوصیات لاشه جوجه های گوشتی تغذیه شده با جیره های حاوی چربی و بدون آن
این آزمایش با استفاده از 240 قطعه جوجه گوشتی یک روزه سویه راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفیبا 6 تیمار، 4تکرار و 10 قطعهپرنده در هر تکرارانجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: 1، 2- جیرههای فاقد عصاره آویشن با و بدون چربی در کل دوره، 3، 4- جیره حاوی 5/0 درصد عصاره آویشن با و بدون چربی در کل دوره و 5، 6- جیره حاوی 5/0 درصد عصاره آویشن با و بدون چربی در دو هفته آخر، بودند. شاخصهای عملکردی جوجهها (افزایش وزن، مصرف و ضریب تبدیل خوراک) بهصورت هفتگی اندازهگیری و دورهای مقایسه شدند. تعیین جمعیت میکروبی و محتوای کلسترول گوشت روی 2 جوجه از هر تکرار در سن 42 روزگی انجام شد. جیرههای حاوی چربی، افزایش وزن و خوراک مصرفی روزانه بیشتر و ضریب تبدیل خوراک کمتری در مقایسه با جیرههای بدون چربی داشتند (05/0>P). استفاده از عصاره آویشن شیرازی اثر معنیداری بر عملکرد جوجههای گوشتی نداشت (05/0<P)، ولی استفاده از آن منجر به کاهش معنیدار کلسترول بافت ران (76/83 در مقابل 64/85 میلیگرم در 100 گرم) در مقایسه با گروه شاهد شد (05/0P<). کمترین (log10 CFU/g 39/6) و بیشترین (log10 CFU/g 2/7) شمار کلونیهای اشریشیاکلی و لاکتوباسیلوس در تیمارهای حاوی آویشن با چربی درکل دوره مشاهده شد (05/0P<). عصاره آویشن شیرازی اثر معنیداری روی وزن نسبی اجزاء لاشه و اندامهای گوارشی نداشت (05/0P>). بطور کلی در این آزمایش استفاده از عصاره آویشن شیرازی به مدت 42 روز در جیره جوجههای گوشتی منجر به کاهش کلسترول عضله ران در طی ذخیرهسازی و بهبود جمیعت میکروبی روده شد.

اثر شکل فیزیکی و اندازه ذرات خوراک بر عملکرد، کیفیت تخم مرغ و ابقای نیتروژن در مرغ های تخم گذار
به منظور بررسی تاثیر اندازه ذرات خوراک در جیرههای آردی و پلت، تعداد 480 قطعه مرغ تخمگذار سویه هایلاین W-36 در سن 27 هفتگی انتخاب و در یک آزمایش فاکتوریل 3×2 شامل عامل شکل فیزیکی (آردی و پلت) و اندازه ذرات دانه ذرت (آسیاب شده با اندازههای ریز، متوسط و درشت) مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. فراسنجههای عملکردی طی 9 هفته آزمایش رکوردبرداری و در هفته پایانی آزمایش صفات کیفی تخممرغ اندازهگیری شد. در بررسی اثرات اصلی، استفاده از خوراک پلت نسبت به خوراک آردی موجب افزایش مصرف خوراک (بهترتیب 9/97 و g 5/93)، ضریب تبدیل خوراک (بهترتیب 94/1 و 88/1)، وزن تخممرغ (بهترتیب 3/58 و g 7/57)، افزایش وزن بدن (بهترتیب 2/73 و g 4/38)، واحدهاو (بهترتیب 5/81 و 5/77) و درصد زرده (بهترتیب 9/25، 2/25) و همچنین کاهش درصد سفیده تخممرغ (بهترتیب (9/63 و 6/64) شد(05/0 >P). اثر متقابل تیمارها بر خوراک مصرفی معنیدار بود (001/0>P). مصرف خوراک در تیمار جیره آردی با اندازه ذرات ریز (g 4/92) و متوسط (g 8/93) کمتر از تیمارهای جیره پلت بود (05/0>P). ضریب تبدیل خوراک تیمار جیره آردی با اندازه درشت (85/1) کمتر از تیمار جیره پلت با اندازه ریز (99/1) بود (05/0>P) و سایر تیمارها تفاوتی را نشان ندادند (05/0<P). اثرات اصلی و متقابل شکل فیزیکی و اندازه ذرات بر ابقا و دفع نیتروژن معنیدار نبود. در این آزمایش، استفاده از شکل پلت خوراک سبب افزایش ضریب تبدیل خوراک شد و با افزایش اندازه ذرات خوراک یک روند بهبود در صفات عملکردی مشاهده شد.

هدف از این پژوهش مقایسه قابلیت هضم دو کنسانتره داخلی و خارجی با استفاده از نشانگرهای اکسید کروم و لیگنین در اسب ترکمن بود. آزمایش با استفاده از 16 رأس اسب نژاد ترکمن با میانگین سن 3±8 سال و وزن 50±433 کیلوگرم در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل یک کنسانتره خارجی در سطح 25 درصد ماده خشک جیره (Tc) و یک کنسانتره داخلی در سطوح 20، 25 و 30 درصد ماده خشک جیره بود (به ترتیب T1،T2 و T3). طول دوره آزمایش 28 روز بود، به طوریکه 21 روز عادتپذیری و 7 روز نمونهبرداری از مدفوع صورت گرفت. ضرایب قابلیت هضم ماده خشک و مواد مغذی جیره طبق روش استاندارد تعیین شد. بر اساس نتایج بهدست آمده از نشانگر اکسیدکروم، جیره حاوی 25 درصد کنسانتره داخلی از نظر قابلیت هضم ماده آلی (547 در مقابل 506 گرم در کیلوگرم)، پروتئین (545 در مقابل 527 گرم در کیلوگرم) و الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی (427 در مقابل 309 گرم در کیلوگرم) نسبت به جیره حاوی کنسانتره خارجی برتر بود (05/0>P). افزایش سطح کنسانتره داخلی در جیره (بین سطوح 20، 25 و 30) باعث بهبود ضرایب گوارشپذیری ماده خشک و مواد مغذی (05/0>P) شد. در مجموع، ضرایب قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی جیره با مصرف کنسانتره داخلی در مقایسه با کنسانتره خارجی در سطح 25 و 30 درصد (به جز عصاره اتری)، در مقایسه با کنسانتره خارجی مشابه یا بیشتر بود. بنابراین میتوان از کنسانتره داخلی به جای کنسانتره خارجی در تنظیم جیره استفاده نمود. با توجه به یافتههای این آزمایش، در شرایطی که حداقل 70 درصد ماده خشک جیره اسب از علوفه تامین شود میتوان از لیگنین به عنوان نشانگر داخلی در تعیین قابلیت هضم خوراک استفاده نمود.

مقایسه برازش برخی از مدل های ریاضی به منظور توصیف کینتیک تخمیر شکمبه ای بر اساس آزمون تولید گاز برای علوفه یونجه
در این تحقیق از مدلهای ریاضی برای بررسی کینتیک تخمیر شکمبهای علوفه یونجه استفاده شد. این مدلها شامل مدل نمایی (EXP)، میکائیلیس-منتن (MIC)، میچرلینگ (MIT)، ویبول (WEB)، کورکمز-اوکاردس (KOR) و فرانس (FRC) بودند. آزمون تولید گاز در 4 دوره جداگانه انجام شد. تعداد 3 عدد سرنگ (3 تکرار) حاوی نمونه خوراک برای هر دوره در نظر گرفته شد و حجم گاز تولید شده در هر دوره در زمانهای مختلف انکوباسیون (144 ساعت) به وسیله این مدلها برازش شد. از آمارههای میانگین مربعات خطا (MSE)، ضریب تعیین (R2) و میانگین درصد خطا (MPE) برای نکویی برازش مدلها استفاده شد. از آزمونهای دوربین-واتسون، شاپیرو-ویلک، معیار اطلاعات بیزی (BIC)، معیار اطلاعات آکائیک (AIC) و فاکتور صحت (AF) برای انتخاب بهترین مدل استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد مقدار MSE در مدلهای FRC (852/0) و MIC (917/0) نسبت به مدل EXP (437/7) کمتر بود (05/0P<)، اما مقدار R2 در مدلهای FRC و MIC (به ترتیب 997/0 و 997/0) در مقایسه با مدل EXP (973/0) بیشتر بود (05/0P<). آزمون شاپیرو-ویلک نشان داد بهغیر از مدل EXP، مقدار خطا در همه مدلها دارای توزیع نرمال بود. مقادیر کمتر BIC،AIC و AF در مدل FRC (به ترتیب 47/6- ، 18/6- و 20/2) و در مدل MIC (به ترتیب 32/4- ، 98/3- و 40/2) نشان داد که این مدلها دارای نکویی برازش بهتری در مقایسه با سایر مدلها بودند. به طور کلی مدلهای FRC و MIC کینتیک تخمیر شکمبهای علوفه یونجه را با دقت بیشتری برآورد کردند. لذا میتوان برای توصیف پروفیل تولید گاز از مدلهای فوق بهجای مدل EXP استفاده شود.

پژوهش حاضر به منظور مطالعه اثرات عملآوری با پرتوتابی الکترون بر ترکیبات شیمیایی، قابلیت هضم ظاهری ماده آلی و پروتئین خام و تجزیهپذیری مادۀ خشک، پروتئین خام و الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی تفاله زیتون انجام شد. پس از تهیه تفاله زیتون، نمونهها با استفاده از شتابدهنده رودوترون در دزهای 200، 250 و 300 کیلوگری پرتوتابی شدند. قابلیت هضم ظاهری ماده آلی و پروتئین خام به روش خاکستر نامحلول در اسید اندازهگیری شد. بدین منظور از 4 راس گوسفند نر قزل با میانگین وزن زنده 2±41 کیلوگرم استفاده شد. گوسفندها، 2 هفته از قبل از شروع آزمایش و در طول دوره آزمایش با جیره حاوی 70 درصد علوفه و 30 درصد تفاله زیتون به صورت جیره کاملاً مخلوط تغذیه شدند. فراسنجههای تجزیهپذیری ماده خشک، پروتئین خام و الیاف نامحلول در شویندۀ خنثی به روش کیسههای نایلونی اندازهگیری شد. مقدار 3 گرم از هر نمونه ماده خوراکی عملآوری نشده یا عملآوری شده به مدت صفر، 4، 8، 16، 24، 48، 72 و 96 ساعت در شکمبه چهار رأس گوسفند نر قزل قرار داده شد. پرتوتابی سبب کاهش الیاف نامحلول در شویندۀ خنثی و اسیدی و افزایش قابلیت هضم ظاهری ماده آلی و پروتئین خام تفاله زیتون شد (05/0P<). پرتوتابی تفاله زیتون با دزهای 200، 250 و 300 کیلوگری درصد تجزیهپذیری موثر الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی در سرعت عبور 5 درصد در ساعت را به ترتیب به میزان 4/6، 6/10 و 8/16 درصد نسبت به تفاله زیتون عملآوری نشده افزایش داد(05/0P<). بر پایه یافتههای این پژوهش، پرتوتابی الکترون سبب افزایش تجزیهپذیری شکمبهای و قابلیت هضم ظاهری تفاله زیتون شد و دز 300 کیلوگری، بیشترین اثرات مثبت بر بهبود ارزش غذایی تفاله زیتون را داشت.

اثر قارچ های صدفی و رنگین کمان بر پروتئین خام و دیواره سلولی و تجزیه پذیری شکمبه ای ماده خشک و دیواره سلولی محصولات فرعی زراعی
در این مطالعه اثر کشت قارچ پوسیدگی سفید رنگینکمان (Trametes versicolor) و قارچ صدفی (Pleurotus ostreatus) بر پروتئینخام و تجزیهپذیری کاه ذرت، کاه سویا، بقایای پنبهدانه، کاه برنج و کلزا بررسی شد. میوه قارچ رنگینکمان و قارچ صدفی از جنگل شصت کلاته جمعآوری شد. انواع کاه با میسلیوم قارچ رنگینکمان و صدفی تلقیح و بهمدت 21 روز در کیسههای پلاستیکی در 3 تکرار نگهداری شد. برای اندازهگیری تجزیهپذیری شکمبهای از سه راس قوچ بالغ نژاد دالاق و برای هر نمونه آزمایشی سه تکرار در نظر گرفته شد. کیسهها حاوی 4 گرم از ضایعات کشاورزی فرآوری شده با قارچ، در زمانهای صفر، 4، 8، 16، 24، 48 و 72 در فاز مایع شکمبه قرار داده شد. نتایج نشان داد که مقدار پروتئینخام در تیمارهای کاه سویا و بقایای پنبهدانه فرآوری شده افزایش و در کاه ذرت، کاه برنج و کاه کلزا اختلاف معنیدار نشان نداد. پس از فرآوری با قارچ، دیوارهسلولی در کاه ذرت کاهش و در سایر تیمارها افزایش یافت. بر اساس یافتههای بهدست آمده از پژوهش حاضر، بیشترین تجزیهپذیری و تجزیهپذیری موثر ماده خشک و دیوارهسلولی در سرعتهای عبور (درصد در ساعت) 2، 5 و 8 و مواد سریعالتجزیه، تجزیهپذیری کاه ذرت فرآوری شده با قارچ رنگین کمان و فلوریدا داشت. بر اساس یافتههای بهدست آمده میتوان چنین نتیجه گرفت که اثرات رشد قارچ رنگینکمان و فلوریدا روی انواع کاه متفاوت بوده و موجب تغییرات متفاوتی در ترکیب شیمیایی، دیواره سلولی و تجزیهپذیری ماده خشک آنها شده است.

اثر اسانس شوید و نعناع بر عملکرد، شاخص های رشد اسکلتی و متابولیتهای خونی برههای پرواری نژاد کردی
این تحقیق به منظور بررسی اثرات اسانس شوید و نعناع بر پارامترهای عملکرد و رشد، شاخصهای رشد اسکلتی و متابولیتهای خونیبرههای نر در حال رشد نژاد کردی انجام شد. در این آزمایش از 30 راس بره نر در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تیمار و ده تکرار به مدت 9 هفته استفاده شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: 1) تیمار شاهد (بدون اسانس)، 2) تیمار نعناع با 025/0 درصد اسانس نعناع بر اساس ماده خشک و 3) تیمار شوید با 025/0 درصد اسانس شوید بر اساس ماده خشک بود. از پنج بره در هر تیمار در هفتههای 1، 3، 5، 7 و 9 نمونه خون برای اندازهگیری گلوکز، کلسترول، تریگلیسرید و اوره و هفتههای 3، 5 و7 نمونه مایع شکمبه برای اندازهگیری pH گرفته شد. شاخصهای رشد اسکلتی شامل ارتفاع جدوگاه، ارتفاع هیپ، دور سینه، طول بدن و فاصله هیپ تا هیپ اندازهگیری شدند. نتایج نشان داد که ارتفاع جدوگاه بین تیمار نعناع و شوید (به ترتیب 4/62 و 8/60 سانتیمتر) و دور سینه بین هر سه تیمار شاهد، شوید و نعناع (به ترتیب 76، 8/72 و 2/74 سانتیمتر) اختلاف معنیداری داشتند، میزان کلسترول نیز در هفته نهم در شاهد بهطور معنیداری بالاتر از تیمار نعناع و شوید (به ترتیب 58، 66/51 و 51 میلیگرم بر دسیلیتر) بود (05/0>P). افزودن اسانس اثری بر سایر شاخصهای اسکلتی، متابولیتهای خونی، مصرف خوراک و افزایش وزن نداشت (05/0<P). بطور کلی نتایج نشان داد که افزودن اسانس نعناع و شوید اثر قابل ملاحظهای بر عملکرد و رشد برههای پرواری نداشت.

اثر تغذیه گل میمونی سازوئی یا تشنه داری بر خصوصیات تخمیر، تولید گاز و قابلیت هضم آزمایشگاهی در گوسفند لری-بختیاری
هدف از این آزمایش بررسی اثر تغذیه گیاه گل میمونی سازوئی (تشنهداری) بر خصوصیات تخمیر، تولید گاز و هضمپذیری الیاف و پروتئین در گوسفند لری- بختیاری بود. در این آزمایش 12 راس بره ( میانگین وزن Kg 1 ± 5/30) به سه گروه (تیمار) و هر گروه به چهار زیر گروه (تکرار) تقسیم شدند و با جیره حاوی 6، 3 و صفر (شاهد) گرم گل میمونی سازوئی در کیلوگرم ماده خشک برای یک ماه تغذیه شدند. در پایان آزمایش، مایع شکمبه از 3 تکرار گرفته شده و فراسنجههای تولید گاز (بعد از 96 ساعت) و قابلیت هضم آزمایشگاهی کاه گندم و کنجاله سویا (4 تکرار از هر کدام) اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد پتانسیل تولید گاز شاهد برای کنجاله سویا ( mL19/61) و کاه ( mL48/50) بیشتر از تیمارهای گل میمونی بود (05/0>P)، اما خصوصیات تخمیری کنجاله سویا تحت تاثیر تیمارها قرار نگرفت (05/0<P). بیشترین میزان فاکتور تفکیک و راندمان سنتز توده میکروبی کاه مربوط به تیمار 3 گرم در کیلوگرم ماده خشک (به ترتیبmg/mL 03/15 و 86 %) و بالاترین مقدار ماده آلی واقعاً هضم شده مربوط به تیمار 6 گرم در کیلوگرم ماده خشک بود mg) 85/253). قابلیت هضم ماده خشک کنجاله سویا در تیمار حاوی 3 گرم در کیلوگرم ماده خشک بیشترین مقدار (57/83 %) بود (05/0>P). قابلیت هضم ماده خشک کاه در هیچ کدام از تیمارها معنیدار نشد (05/0<P). با توجه به نتایج، استفاده از 3 گرم در کیلوگرم گل میمونی سازویی در جیره گوسفند لری-بختیاری تاثیر مثبتی بر تخمیر و قابلیت هضم میکروبی داشت.

بررسی اثر سن بلوغ جنسی بر برآورد مولفه های واریانس و وراثت پذیری صفت تولید تخم تجمعی
هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی اثر سن بلوغ جنسی بر برآورد مولفههای واریانس و وراثتپذیری صفت تولید تخم تجمعی در یک لاین تجاری گوشتی بود. تولید تخم از سن 24 تا 55 هفتگی ثبت و از جمع تعداد تخم هفتههای مختلف هر مرغ، تولید تخم تجمعی محاسبه شد. مولفههای واریانس ژنتیکی و فنوتیپی در سه حالت قرار دادن یا ندادن سن بلوغ جنسی به عنوان متغیر کمکی در مدل و سن بلوغ جنسی به عنوان یک صفت در تجزیه چندصفتی، با استفاده از مدل حیوان و نرمافزار WOMBAT برآورد شد. بدون در نظر گرفتن سن بلوغ جنسی، وراثتپذیری تولید تخم تجمعی دامنهای از 17/0 (تولید تجمعی هفتههای 1 تا 32) تا 43/0 (تولید تجمعی هفتههای 1 تا 4) داشت. با درنظرگرفتن اثر سن بلوغ جنسی، ضریب تغییرات وراثتپذیری برای تولید تجمعی هفتههای مختلف تخمگذاری کاهش یافت. این برآوردها دامنهای از 12/0 (تولید تجمعی هفتههای 1 تا 20) تا 19/0 (تولید تجمعی هفتههای 1 تا 4) داشت. برآوردهای حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل دو صفتی تولید تجمعی تخم و سن بلوغ جنسی مشابه نتایج حاصل از در نظر نگرفتن سن بلوغ جنسی به عنوان متغیر کمکی بود. این نتایج نشان میدهد که با در نظر گرفتن سن بلوغ جنسی به عنوان یک صفت در تجزیه چندصفتی، اثر آن بر تولید تخم و به ویژه تولید هفتههای آغازین تخمگذاری تصحیح نشده و حتماً باید این اثر به عنوان یک متغیر در مدل آماری لحاظ شود.
