Regarding the position of milk production under the livestock sector, despite the dispersion and difficulty of collecting the required data, in this study, data envelopment analysis was used to identify the solutions for optimal management in livestock units of Mianeh county. Data were collected through a questionnaire in a census sampling of 40 units. The results showed that from 40 units studied only nine units had less than one efficiency score and there was a possibility to provide a solution for improvement in performance according to available information for them. Of course the average efficiency of the units studied was equal to 0.945, which indicates functionally suitable for the production of milk in the studied area. According to the research findings, consumption of electricity, medicine, forage, and straw requires more attention, as well as the unit 31 was found to be the superior unit in terms of effectiveness and repetition among the units studied. ارتقای کارایی یکی از راهکارهای مدیریت سودآوری و بهبود رقابت‌پذیری در واحدهای تولیدی است. در این پژوهش به ‌منظور شناسایی راهکارهایی برای مدیریت بهینه واحدهای گاوداری شیری شهرستان میانه از تکنیک تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها استفاده شد و داده‌های مورد نیاز از راه تکمیل پرسشنامه به‌ صورت سرشماری از ۴۰ واحد تولیدی به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که فقط ۹ واحد کارایی کمتر از یک داشته و امکان ارائه راهکار برای بهبود در عملکرد برای آن‌ها وجود دارد. میانگین کارایی واحدهای مورد مطالعه برابر با 945/0 بود که بیانگر عملکرد مناسب از لحاظ فنی در تولید شیر گاوداری‌های شهرستان میانه است. بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش، مصرف نهاده‌های برق، دارو، علوفه سیلاژی و کاه نیازمند توجه بیشتری است. همچنین از میان واحدهای برتر، واحد 31 از نظر تأثیرگذاری و تکرار در میان واحدهای مورد مطالعه متمایز بود که می­توان از آن در برنامه‌های ترویجی استفاده نمود. https://ar.guilan.ac.ir/article_2984_a01cf7c5021711c4bb62604b8f9fd76a.pdf
