تاثیر اشکال مختلف ویتامین AD3E بر عملکرد رشد، تخمیر، پروتوزوآی شکمبه و فراسنجه‌های خونی بره‌های پرواری به دو روش برون‌تنی و درون‌تنی

چکیده

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی مطالعه تأثیر روش‌های مختلف تجویز ویتامینAD3E بر عملکرد رشد، مصرف خوراک، تخمیر شکمبه‌، جمعیت پروتوزآیی و فراسنجه‌های خونی در بره‌های پرواری نژاد مهربان بود. . لذا تعداد 20 رأس بره نر چهار ماهه نژاد مهربان (میانگین وزن 3/41 کیلوگرم) در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تیمار به مدت 74 روز (14 روز سازگاری و 60 روز آزمایش) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. گروه‌های آزمایشی شامل: 1) گروه شاهد (جیره پایه و ویتامین مش غیر پوشش دار) 2) ویتامین AD3E به صورت تزریقی 3) ویتامین AD3E پوشش‌دار مصرف در خوراک و 4) ویتامین AD3E به صورت محلول در آب. نتایج نشان داد که اشکال مختلف ویتامین تأثیری بر عملکرد رشد دام‌ها نداشت. ویتامین‌ AD3E به شکل‌های پوشش‌دار و محلول در آب غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی مایع شکمبه را در مقایسه با گروه شاهد افزایش داد (05/0˂P). همه اشکال ویتامین موجب کاهش جمعیت پروتوزوآ شدند (05/0˂P) . میزان اوره خون در دام‌های گروه مصرف‌کننده ویتامین تزریقی و پوشش‌دار نسبت به تیمار شاهد کمتر شد (008/0= P). در آزمایش برون‌تنی؛ گاز تولیدی، انرژی قابل سوخت و ساز و ماده آلی قابل هضم گروههای دریافت کننده ویتامین نسبت به گروه شاهد کاهش نشان داد (002/0= P). در کل، نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که مقادیر توصیه شده انواع ویتامین AD3E تأثیری بر عملکرد رشد نداشته، اما غلظت اوره خون؛ جمعیت پروتوزوآ و حجم گاز تولیدی کل را کاهش داد.

The aim of this study was to determine the effects of different forms of vitamin AD3E supplementation on growth performance, rumen fermentation, protozoa population and blood parameters in Mehraban lambs by in vivo and in vitro experiments. This experiment consisted of a 14-d adaptation period and a 60-d experiment. Twenty Mehraban lambs (41.3± 0.5 kg) were divided into four groups with 5 replicates in each group using CRD experiment design. The treatments were 1) control group 2) injectable AD3E vitamin, 3) rumen protected vitamin AD3E as part of concentrate and 4) AD3E vitamin in drinking water. Feed intake and body weight of lambs were recorded weekly during the fattening period.The samples of blood and rumen liquid were collected from the lambs 30 and 60 days of the experiment. The results indicated that the growth performances were not differing with supplementation of AD3E vitamins. The ammonia concentration was higher in groups 3 and 4 (p<0.05). Gas production and protozoa population reduced due to vitamin AD3E supplementation (p<0.05). The urea serum concentration was lower in groups 2 and 3 compare with others (p= 0.008). Injectable and water drinking AD3E vitamin supplementation made a significant increase in cholesterol concentration (p=0.002). Blood concentration of triglyceride showed a significant increase in group4 (p=0.007).
