مقایسه اثر مخمر نانوایی با اسیدهای آلی و آنتی بیوتیک آویلامایسین بر صفات تولیدی و قابلیت هضم موادمغذی در جوجه‌‌های گوشتی

چکیده

به منظور بررسی اثر پروبیوتیک ساکارومایسس سرویزیه و اسیدهای آلی بر عملکرد رشد، قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی و pH سنگدان و سکوم جوجه‌های گوشتی، تعداد 256 قطعه جوجه گوشتی یک روزه سویه راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 4 تیمار و 4 تکرار مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. جوجه‌ها با یک جیره پایه حاوی یکی از چهار نوع افزودنی آنتی‌بیوتیک آویلامایسین، ساکارومایسس سرویزیه، مخلوط اسیدهای آلی و یا هر دو افزودنی ساکارومایسس سرویزیه و اسیدهای آلی تغذیه شدند. در روز 28 پرورش از هر تکرار 2 قطعه پرنده کشتار و محتویات ایلئومی آنها جمع‌آوری شد. براساس نتایج حاصله، استفاده از آنتی بیوتیک آویلامایسین به میزان 10 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم در مقایسه با جیره‌های دارای 5/1 درصد مخمر ساکارومایسس سرویزیه، 15/0 درصد اسیدهای آلی و یا مخلوط آنها سبب بهبود عملکرد رشد و افزایش قابلیت هضم ایلئومی مواد مغذی شد (05/0P<). تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل مخمر، اسیدهای آلی یا ترکیبی از اسید آلی و مخمر ساکارومایسس سرویزیه باعث کاهش pH سنگدان و سکوم شدند (05/0>P). یافته‌های این تحقیق نشان داد که مخمر ساکارومایسس سرویزیه و مخلوط اسیدهای آلی نتوانستند نقش مناسبی به عنوان جایگزین آنتی بیوتیک آویلامایسین‌ها در صفات تولیدی جوجه‌های گوشتی ایفا نمایند و حتی استفاده توام اسیدهای آلی و مخمر نیز منجر به اثری افزایشی در عملکرد جوجه‌های گوشتی نشد.

In order to study the effects of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae  probiotic and organic acids on the performance, nutrient digestibility and gizzard and cecum pH of broiler chickens, 256 one day old Ross 308 chicks were used as a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 4 replicates. The chickens were fed with a basal diet supplemented with one of the four additives including avilamycin antibiotic, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, an organic acids mixture or Saccharomyces cerevisiae plus organic acids. At 28 days of age, 2 birds per replicate were slaughtered and their ileal contents were collected. The results of the present study showed that administration of 10 mg/kg avilamycin antibiotic improved bird performance and nutrient ileal digestibility, compared to the diets containing 1.5% Saccharomyces cerevisiae, 0.15% organic acids or the mixture of the yeast and organic acids (P> 0.05). The experimental treatments containing yeast, organic acids or the mixture of organic acids and Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast decreased gizzard and cecum pH (P> 0.05). The results of this study showed that the Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast and the mixture of the organic acids couldn't act as a suitable substitute for the avilamycin effects on the performance of the broiler chickens and even using both the yeast and organic acids was not resulted in any additive effects on the performance traits of broiler chickens.
