اثر منابع پروتئین غیر قابل تجزیه شکمبه ای بر کمیت و کیفیت آغوز و فراسنجه های خونی میش های آبستن لری- بختیاری

چکیده

در این تحقیق تاثیر پودر ماهی و کنجاله سویا بر کیفیت و کمیت آغوز و فراسنجه‏های خونی میش‏های آبستن بررسی شد. تعداد 40 رأس میش آبستن نژاد لری-بختیاری چند شکم­زا (میانگین وزن 3/6±68 کیلوگرم) در آخر آبستنی با چهار جیره آزمایشی شامل جیره پایه (شاهد)، جیره پایه به­ علاوه 5 درصد پودر ماهی (تیمار 1)، جیره پایه به ­علاوه 5 درصد کنجاله سویا (تیمار 2) و جیره پایه به­ علاوه 5/2 درصد پودر ماهی و 5/2 درصد کنجاله سویا (تیمار 3) تغذیه شدند. کمیت آغوز تولیدی در شش ساعت نخست پس از زایش با استفاده از تزریق اکسی­توسین اندازه­گیری شد. مقدار آغوز تولیدی در تیمارها به طور معنی‏داری بیشتر از گروه شاهد بود (05/0>p ) و بیشترین مقدار آغوز تولیدی به گروه دریافت­­کننده جیره پایه به علاوه 5/2 درصد پودر ماهی و 5/2 درصد کنجاله سویا (تیمار 3) تعلق داشت. میش‏هایی که 5 درصد پودر ماهی (تیمار 1) دریافت کردند بیشترین غلظت ایمنوگلوبولین G (IgG) آغوز را نسبت به سایر گروه‏ها داشتند (05/0>p ). تیمارهای آزمایشی سبب کاهش غلظت گلوکز خون میش‏ها قبل از زایش شدند (05/0>p ). افزدون منابع غیر قابل تجزیه در شکمبه سبب کاهش غلظت بتا هیدروکسی بوتیرات و افزایش غلظت IgG خون میش‏ها پس از زایمان شد (05/0>p ). کمترین غلظت گلوکز و اسیدهای چرب غیراستریفه پس از زایمان را گروه مصرف­کننده 5 درصد سویای حرارت دیده به خود اختصاص داد (05/0>p ). در نتیجه می‏توان بیان نمود که مکمل کردن جیره میش‏های آبستن با پروتئین غیرقابل تجزیه در اواخر دوره آبستنی سبب بهبود کمیت و کیفیت آغوز تولیدی و افزایش غلظت IgG آغوز می‏شود.

چکیده [English]

In this study effect of fish meal and soybean meal supplementation was investigated on quantity and quality of colostrum and blood parameters in pregnant ewes. A total of 40 multiparous ewes (average body weight of 68 ± 6.3 kg) during last month of gestation were fed with one of the four experimental diets including basal diet (CON), basal diet + 5% fish meal (T1), basal diet + 5% soybean meal (T2) and basal diet + 2.5% soybean meal + 2.5% fish meal (T3). The quantity of colostrum production was determined at six h post-partum using oxytocin injection method. The quantity of colostrum in T1, T2 and T3 was higher (p < /em><0.05) than that in CON and the highest amount of colostrum production was obtained from group receiving basal diet + 2.5% soybean meal+2.5% fish meal (T3). Ewes in 5% fish meal group (T1) had higher (p < /em><0.05) colostrum IgG concentration than ewes in other groups. The experimental treatments reduced the glucose concentration of the blood in pre-partum ewes (p < /em><0.05). The addition of undegradable protein sources decreased the BHBA concentration and increased IgG concentration in the post- partum ewes (p < /em><0.05). The lowest concentrations of glucose and NEFA in post-partum ewes were in the 5% soybean group (p < /em> <0.05). In conclusion, undegradable protein supplementation during late gestation increased serum IgG concentrations and improved colostrum quantity and quality in pregnant ewes.
